Which moment from Cardiff's past would you most want to step into?

I'm putting together a map in HistoryGuesser, where you guess the year and location. Which moment in Cardiff's history would be most interesting to explore, and why?

Consultation on the council's proposed Workplace Parking Levy is live online. They've already had a few drop in sessions last week, looks like there's another one next Tuesday. Not sure how I feel about the idea, better than a congestion charge I guess, but not sure how this will affect small businesses 🤔

Upcoming trip

Hoping to go to Cardiff for one night as a solo female and wanted to get some recs or advice. Coming via train and have no vehicle.
Looking at hotels near the train station - is this a bad area to be coming in/out of? I figure it would be easier to be close to the station than in the centre but have read some scary things on here.
Right now want to do Cardiff Castle and train up to Caerphilly Castle as well. I’ve also seen there’s Bonfire Night in Sophia Gardens - if I timed it for this is it worth it esp being solo?
