I've recently become obsessed with the detail and craftsmanship of Build A Bear accessories. Even some of the 'simpler' wristies have been so thoughtfully done! Can y'all share your favorite niche accessory your BABs have?? I think mine would be the metal scooter (or ScootFur, if you will 😅)

Hi all! Yesterday, I had this beautiful pink cuddles bear try on the new Mellow Moodies outfits 💕

I was mainly interested in showing off the first outfit, Willow's skirt, sweater and jacket set, and it is a bit short on a regular sized friend. The pink cuddles bear is wearing bear undies BTW XD

With the second outfit, my biggest complaint is how the green headphones don't stay on super well. Otherwise, I'm thinking Willow's outfit, the sherpa jacket and the beanie are hits!

I got an extra bat from mcdonalds so I've given it to Vlad!

I forgot to post this but I got my jumbo stuffed unicorn re-stuffed at build a bear a couple weeks ago! I got her off of the used market and needed to do a full cleaning. Everybody there enjoyed her and was amazing. Other guests there kept commenting on how cute she was! She was only available for a limited time a couple years ago, and I wish build a bear still had her for sale for others to enjoy

Scored Grogu and the pram off of Goodwill Auctions in perfect condition!💚 Been wanting this set for a couple years now. The biggest surprise (because description was vague), it has the Mandalorian theme song button in his hand and a vibrating heartbeat button when I squeeze the middle! Didn’t expect either, so it made the find even better. Next stop, going to a BAB store and getting a birth certificate for him.

If I'm looking for a new to me, second hand, BAB I do not typically buy one that still has the hang tag.

Because I feel like there's probably someone out there who is looking for this Build-A-Bear with tags. And there can't be that many left of the older ones that still have their hang tags.

So I typically like to buy plushies that I'm going to snuggle that are in very good used condition with no tags. I feel like I am devaluing something that someone else would be really excited about.

Isn't that weird?

And sometimes when I accidentally buy one that does have a tag it makes it so much harder for me to take the tag off and snuggle it. Like there is an imaginary person that's somewhere in the world. Was looking for this and I'm about to ruin it for them. Even though I'm actually ruining it for me.

My brain is so weird.

So anyway, if you are out there looking for vintage BABs with the hang tags, just know, my weird brain is saving them for you. Haha!
