Hello, I am the Reno in this clip.

this is a 2's match but this here is a perfect example of how I get absolutely folded in 1's believe it or not I am plat 2 currently.

So I think my main problem in this clip was that I was flailing around attacks too much, but I just couldn't seem to pick up any habits for this guy throughout the match but they seem to know my every move, yes it seems I am falling for basic punishes.

But as a whole, ever since I started playing in 2018; I feel like I never really knew what I am meant to be thinking mid-match if you get me? I also feel like it doesn't help that I am the best in my friend-group, so while they are learning from me, I don't really have someone who is really good to spar with and tell me where I am going wrong. Like sure I watch my replays and cringe at my mistakes but sometimes I think: "what else was I meant to do, that opponent was just good at the game"

I hope someone could perhaps give me advice on just how to improve as a whole, again I am plat 2, I think the highest rank I ever got was plat 4 in a previous season.

Also a general question that might sound super dumb, how do you counter someone who is constantly getting out of my blaster range, approaching from weird angles, etc. Like I know its coming but sometimes I get punished for trying to punish the approach, am I meant to punish the punish?

I had planned to do this sooner, but a triple whammy of life, horrible experiences and burnout held me back. This was gonna be the first in a series, though I may end up having to do it in chunks. I plan to at least get one more out before the month ends. Don't worry; there's more to come next year.

(Talking about Sentinel) Twitch streamer, no skins, emotes, avatar, titles, border or guild. I was playing 2s with my friend yesterday, when I decided to try something out in training. Upon finishing the match, I immediately closed the room and went into training mode, my friend said something to me about me being "offline", which I didn't pay much attention to.

After I left training, I went to open another ranked 2s room, but instead of letting me into the ranked room options, a message was displayed on screen after a short time connecting to the game. As I'm quite used to it, I just pressed the buttons without paying much attention to the screen so I couldn't read exactly what was written in it, but I believe I caught the words "multi-login detected" on the screen, though that could be just my brain tricking me. After that, every time I tried connecting to the game servers, it gave me a "This account is banned." message.

Does anyone have any clue what could have caused this and the most effective way to appeal? The only 3rd party software I use is Yarralytics (which hasn't even been working for the past couple of months), which I don't believe is bannable. I don't use any VPNs either and my account doesn't seem to have been compromised. So far I've sent an email to support, but I'm not sure if that is the correct place to appeal or if there even is one.

I'm pretty pissed because I've played this game for almost 10 years at this point and I don't want to let go of one of my favorite games because of some out-of-nowhere false ban that I don't even know the reason of.

And why don't the Hammer D-Light visuals change with the equipped skin color too ? I think that would have been a nice detail.
