I understand most of those words but I don't know what "trade" means in this context.

In gay, trade = guy who looks straight and is for the most part straight, but hooks up with men or has done so in the past

trade means straight passing gay man or straight guy who's gay for pay

strictly, it means "i would not be able to tell you're gay unless you told me" but in colloquial terms it just means masculine presenting, even if you can guess in other ways the person is gay (aside from them visibly interacting with men in a sexual manner) such as by voice or who they hang out with
