Discussion Looking for a specific guitar effect from the We Will B live show

Calling all the real-life guitar heroes on here! I'm curious about the exact kind of flanger-like (?) guitar effect that can be heard very briefly during We Will B a few times. It starts at 5:35 here (on the left channel):
https://youtu.be/ObkiamAzJe8?si=t62AXs8v7P0gMxva&t=335

And also at 3:41 here (also left channel):
https://youtu.be/MAiv4YSvZxc?si=zbGhDLhcCzLw8NuP&t=221

I'm not even sure if it's actually from a guitar... Thanks to anyone who knows more about this!
