Beckley Events Beckley Events Calendar [Regularly Updated]

It looks like the official Beckley Events calendar by Southern Communications & Beckley-Raleigh Chamber of Commerce has been significantly improved since the last time I looked at it. It appears to include the majority of local events and is compatible with calendar apps.

To see what events are going on locally organized by date, definitely a good reference site now!

Visiting Beckley, went to Pasquale's

Down here from Parkersburg for a Peer Recovery retreat at the Bechtel Reserve.. coworker was recommended Pasquale's .. I walked in with a United Way shirt and blue jeans.. felt a bit underdressed heh.. good food though, reasonably priced.. haven't had the pizza yet..

GTA 6 Goodyear blimp at the soccer complex today

I saw it from Skelton and got (bad) pictures. Turns out it was part of GTA 6 promo. It was pretty cool seeing a blimp for the first time in years flying over Beckley!

Adulthood is so LAME

Howdy guys. I moved back here last year after graduating college, and I’m currently working in town. I just wanted to come on here and see if any other 20-25 ish yr olds are feeling as lonely as I am lol. I feel like it’s so hard to make friends and connections here in beckley. I want to try and meet more people and make some more friends in my age range ig. What events or things should I check out that would help me out a bit??
