Any business fellows who can share if there are scholarships associated with getting into this program? Also, when can I expect to hear back? I applied a week ago (mid October)

Football Next HC Thoughts
Was sad when they didn’t pick up Willie Fritz a few years ago…same with Eric Morris (I think he wanted to come to Baylor?) But I guess Mack had bigger personal problems that were taking up his time.
I know names like Traylor or Kinne are thrown out there. Personally, I think they’d be Mid-tier hires; so-so. An awesome S-tier hire would probably be Spencer Danielson.
• He’s 29-9 (but 0-3, in bowl games)
• He’s won a few Mountain West Conference Championships
• He’s been to a CFP
• Strong believer & vocal about his Christian faith
• Young and defensive minded
• Only loss was a season opener to Oregon this year, and it was close
• His team seems to consistently be ranked
With the CFP expansion going to 24 teams next year, this would be perfect. He seems to have the mindset of a winner and I think he’s a fantastic fit for our school.
I don’t think he would come to Baylor…we’d be lucky to have him. But scared money don’t make no money and I absolutely think our program is scared to make any changes. why not just give him a call?
He’ll probably get picked up by a Big 10 or SEC school within the next 2-3 years, and we’ll watch him succeed from there.
Oh well…one can only wish ✨

Student Life Higher Level Baylor
I have a friend who’s asking “Does anyone have Jason Pitts for Bio 4304 or Marcie Moehnke Bio 3330. If so please tell me which one is chill, I am taking the MCAT next semester and don’t want a lot of stress” any opinions?

Football Would baylor benefit from having a minimal approach with uniforms?
galleryIt seems like every special occasion has to have some gimmick uniform lately and maybe they takes the focus away from the actual play on the field. I would pick these looks in slide one and two to be the core uniforms. And the throwback for homecoming.
r/baylor • u/Honest-Reflection667 • 5d ago
Football Man ik i should be used to it by now, but that was brutal. Im sick of all that bs, blackouts and white outs and playing like 💩at home.
Im sick of daves post game conference's, sick spavs spread offense. Sick of spending so much just to go down there and get nothing but let down in return. I hate when we worry more about uniforms than play on the field

Football Lots of Blame to Go Around - But are we aware of TCU's defensive ranking
I am upset with Dave Arandriod, Spazaball, the O-line coach, and Lagway but are fans aware of TCU's defensive stats rankings. Their defense is no joke. Regardless we should have played better, I feel like a QB change to Bennett was in order, maybe even to start the 2nd half. I was a fan of DJ, I became a believer after the trip to Arizona. Shame on me. How did they have two weeks to prepare and Lagway looked like a baseball player with a bad case of the yips? How do you have an incredible game like he had against Az St and come out after a bye week with what looked like ZERO confidence and a regression to his worst instincts? [stats via teamrankings.com] What will it take for McNamee to fire Dave?

Football Fire Dave Aranda
Get his no rizz, low energy ass outta here. His (now) 1-6 record against TCU is wholly unacceptable. His overall record is 24-21 at home. He is 14-19 against big 12 opponents and 3-6 against ranked teams at home. Absolutely zero home field advantage. There’s a reason BU fans skip driving to games in Waco.

Discussion Baylor Online MBA grads, how did your career go after?
I've been admitted to Baylor's Online MBA and want to hear from people who finished it.
What were you doing before the program, and what are you doing now?
Did the degree play a real part in that change, or would it have happened anyway?
Has anyone in an interview or at work treated it differently because it was online?
If you used the Hankamer School career office, what did they actually do for you?
Short answers are fine.
Thanks.

RULES
- Predictions must be submitted by 2 hours before kickoff (4:00 PM CT) on game day! After this time, the thread will be locked.
- Predictions must clearly state the predicted winner and specific score. If no one predicts the correct winner, no one will win, and we will choose two winners next week.
- All top-tier comments should be predictions. Discussion can take place as replies to other predictions.
- Edited posts will be disqualified and removed. If you need to clarify your prediction, you can reply to your original comment. Otherwise, please delete and resubmit your prediction.
- Flair up! To be eligible to win the pickem, you need flair! You can request flair in the official flair thread located in the sidebar. If you didn't graduate from Baylor, but you're a Baylor fan, just request "Baylor Fan" or "Sic 'em Bears"! If you're a fan of another team, you can request the mascot of your team, such as "Longhorns" or "Sooners".
The prediction that correctly chooses the winner, comes closest to guessing the actual score and was submitted earliest will win. The prize for winning is bragging rights (and spiffy flair)! Good luck! Pick 'em, Bears!

University News Why Baylor University's live bear habitat just lost its zoo accreditation
chron.comFor five years, Baylor University's bear habitat held a distinction rarely seen on a college campus. This year, that changed.
The Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) announced its fall 2026 accreditation decisions in late September, denying accreditation to three facilities: Baylor University's bear habitat, the Indianapolis Zoological Society and Wildlife Safari in Winston, Oregon. The AZA said the denials were due to "the rigor of AZA's standards and the accountability of its accreditation process."
