Istg he's so awesome. He let me redo my chair audition, and that's the first time in years he's done that for someone. He also waived my fee for our homecoming shirt, and his reasoning was that I've been painting the mural in the hallway, which deserves recognition.

Over the past 4 years I've truly built a home in the band room. I hide out there during study hall, I'm a tutor for the freshmen and sophomores, and I help out the 7th grade band in my free time! (The middle school was built onto the high school a few years ago, and we share various things with them, including the band room)

Shoutout to my band director, he's a real one :)

I grew up seeing my favourite artists do bits where they invited people from the audience to come up and talk and win prizes. I always thought that was so cool, and a nice way to connect with people.

The introvert in me was screaming for this, but it’s a hoot to have fun with people that you care about. This is my version of it, coming to a show/performance near you!
