[For Hire] I’ll Find Qualified B2B Buyers, Research Decision-Makers & Build Personalized Outreach

I help B2B businesses find potential customers who actually fit what they sell, instead of handing them random scraped email lists.

I'm a software engineer, and I've spent roughly 3 months building and refining a B2B prospecting and outreach automation system.

Here's what I can provide:

  • Targeted lead research: Find companies that match your ideal customer profile.
  • Buyer qualification: Research each company's business, potential needs, and reasons it may be a good fit.
  • Decision-maker research: Identify founders, owners, CEOs, or relevant purchasing contacts.
  • Contact verification: Check email evidence and flag uncertain or risky addresses.
  • Personalized outreach: Prepare messages based on actual company research.
  • Outreach automation: Set up controlled workflows with duplicate prevention, sending limits, and delivery verification.
  • Response tracking: Organize replies, follow-ups, and potential sales conversations.

How is this different from buying a lead list?

Every prospect goes through a research and qualification process.

If there's not enough evidence that a company is relevant, it gets flagged rather than presented as a qualified opportunity.

I'm open to small paid pilot projects.

We can start with a clearly defined batch of researched companies, including their qualification evidence, relevant decision-makers, contact verification status, and suggested outreach angles.

Pricing depends on the target market, number of prospects, and scope.

Interested?

Send me a DM with:

  1. What your business sells.
  2. Who your ideal customers are.

I'll explain how I can approach researching and qualifying potential buyers for your business.

Building Canadian prospect lists by province and category: checking contact coverage before you commit

If you've built a prospect list for Canada, you've probably hit this problem. A list looks big until you check how many records have a phone number, an email or a website. That makes it hard to plan territories by province or decide which vertical to work first.

Northline is built for this. It calls itself verified Canadian business intelligence for sales, territory planning and market entry. It covers 1,468,666 prospecting locations across 239 categories.

Here is the coverage it publishes across the full set:

  • Phone: 92.9% (1,363,762 records with a phone)
  • Email: 49.3% (724,338 business emails)
  • Website: 84.5% (1,240,875 company websites)
  • Google Maps-ready: all 1,468,666 locations

Corporate information is included where it's linked.

The part I think is most useful for planning: you pick a category and a province or territory, and it shows the record count and contact coverage for that slice. You can see whether a territory is worth working before you build anything around it. There's also a company sample, so you can see what a record looks like.

The largest categories are Home service (92,504), Restaurant (75,177), Personal or beauty service (63,030) and Real estate service (55,485).

Email coverage is about half overall, so check the numbers for your own category and region instead of assuming. Pricing is on the site's Pricing page.

https://canadabiz.negitama.com

A question for anyone selling into Canada: when you're choosing which province or category to work first, how much does contact coverage matter compared with the raw number of businesses? And what do you check in a sample before you trust a data source?

Disclosure: I'm posting this on behalf of the canadabiz.negitama.com team.

Client acquisition

I've just launched my startup. I'm focusing on building AI systems and automations for businesses that will let them manage it with ease. The concept I'm following is I don't rely on frameworks like LangChain or n8n... instead I've built mostly my systems in pure python, which gives me so much best results in speed, control..etc

Recently, I was thinking of scaling my business more. So I found methods such as cold mailing or content creation or LinkedIn cold Dm-ing. And I don't know what to focus on exactly.

If anyone could help with advices, methods or anything, I'll be so thankful and might do a gift favor also 👀

Trying to find the lead collection tool

Hey guys,

Pretty new to b2b sales.

I am currently trying to find the ways you guys collect the leads for your businesses.

I work in cloud and infra domain and have very limited budget I could spend on lead generation. Much of the task would be done by me alone. So trying to find a minimal setup with which I can start the sales process and hopefully generate some revenue.

Please forward me suggestions or resources.

Getting inbound leads for b2b is so simple...

One way some B2B SaaS founders get inbound leads is by being active where their potential customers hang out online, like forums or niche communities. For example, engaging in relevant Reddit threads and helping people with their problems without pushing your product can build trust and interest over time. It takes time but can bring steady leads.
There's a tool called IndiePilot that helps find those conversations and suggests personal replies, which can save you a lot of time if you want to try this approach. I'm using it because it's providing great value for 9$ which is crazy but you can use other tools.

How to find leads & free tool to get 50 free leads in your niche/location

If you sell to local businesses, you can build your own list for about a dollar. It's a good first test before buying expensive databases of contacts.
Here's the setup.

What you need:

  • Claude (the desktop app or Claude Code)/ChatGPT
  • A DataForSEO account. New accounts get $1 of free credit, which is enough for a few Google Maps searches. Just signup and get the $1.
  • A Hunter account. The free plan gives 50 credits a month to find and verify emails.

Step 1: Connect Claude to DataForSEO.

DataForSEO has an official MCP, which lets Claude use their data directly. Their help centre has a short setup guide. Search "Connect Claude to DataForSEO MCP". You paste in your API login and password and you're done.

Step 2: Ask Claude to pull the businesses.

Something like: "Using DataForSEO, find [your niche] businesses on Google Maps in [your city]. Give me name, website, phone, rating and review count in a table."

Step 3: Find and check the emails.

Take the websites and run them through Hunter. It finds the email on each domain and tells you whether it's safe to send to. Don't skip the checking. Sending to dead addresses is the fastest way to get your domain flagged.

Now the bit that catches everyone out: be specific.

Someone asked me for a list of artificial turf installers in San Jose. I searched "landscapers in San Jose" and got 50 businesses. 19 of them were tree services. Only 11 of the 50 mentioned turf anywhere on their website. If I'd sent that list, I'd have been emailing tree surgeons about synthetic grass. How to avoid it:

  1. Search the exact trade, not the category. "Artificial turf installation", not "landscaper". Google lumps loads of trades together.
  2. Check each website actually does the thing. You can ask Claude to visit each site and confirm it. That's where most of the junk gets caught. If Claude is scanning the About Us page or their homepage, and it mentions the name of the founder/owner of the company, then grab that as well.
  3. Expect shared inboxes. Out of 36 real turf companies in my experiment yesterday, only 9 listed an owner's name and 2 had a personal-looking email. The rest are info@ or [office@](mailto:office@). Write your email for whoever opens the shared inbox, not "Hi Dave".
  4. If your city is small, widen it. San Jose alone didn't have 50 real turf installers. I had to include the wider Bay Area. Obviously if you're searching for something more general, like cafes or dentists or something that there's going to be more of, then you're going to get more than 50 leads, which is great.

After fixing it, the list was 36 real turf companies, 22 that mention turf on their own site, and zero tree services.

If you'd rather skip all that: I run a saas to help people send cold emails, and we built a tool that does all of the above for you: searches, checks each website, removes chains and junk, and verifies every email.

Put in your niche and city and it emails you 50 leads as a PDF and a spreadsheet. It's free, one list per person, and you confirm your email first: pipefire.ai/tools/free-leads

Would love to get some feedback on anyone who uses my tool.

HELPP :; How to get US leads?

I have little to no experience in sales/lead generation but my accounting skills are solid and I am planning to start my bookkeeping business where i will serve US SMEs.

I'd appreciate hearing from people who have actually pitched US businesses and gotten leads.

What are the best ways/channel to get leads?

& also how do we handle the trust barrier of being overseas/pakistani?.

thankyou

Meteorologist backed Hail intelligence

Hey everyone, please get rid of this post if it feels unwelcome. I am a degreed meteorologist out of Michigan and I created a real-time hail tracking saas program called HailMagic. I know this market is already saturated and you have all probably seen it before but if you want to check it out I am looking for up to 10 beta testers to use the site and provide me with feedback / reviews. You will get full access to the site for 45 days. There isn't much happening in Michigan at the moment and it may not be until spring that we see any hail, but I know areas like Texas and Oklahoma have recently been seeing some hail. I do have integrations set up with JobNimbus, Projul, SalesRabbit, SPOTIO and Zapier. inside the program you have access to 2 years of historical data, there is real-time data, there is Xweather hail forecasting, and being a meteorologist I look at 4d drift correction and can offer in depth storm analysis on individual storms. If you want to check it out go to HailMagic.com and send me an e-mail through that if you want to look at beta testing it.

Reactivating old clients: the cheapest revenue source

Most service firms have a CRM full of past clients who went quiet. These people already know and trust you, and cost nothing to find. Yet almost nobody writes to them again. It's a free list of warm leads with verified contact information, who are 99% likely to at least hear you out, given that they've bought from you before (unless you royally screwed up your service delivery). Honestly if the latter is the case, you can probably evne get htem to respond by asking for genuine feedback wrapped in an apology.

I am building out a lead reactivation system right now. Here’s how it works: clean the old list, write to each past client in plain words, and book the ones who reply onto your calendar. No new ad spend.

If you have clients who bought once and never heard from you again, that’s the cheapest revenue you have. You've already paid for the cost of converting them from a cold to warm lead. Leverage that by constantly looking for upsell opportunities, developing your client relationships, and keeping in touch / reaching out to those you might have let cool down to maximize your customer LTV, lower your CAC, and create a better business overall. Churn sucks.

Cheapest, simplest way to call European prospects from Israel using a local French number?

I'm based in Israel and looking for a simple, low-cost VoIP solution for outbound sales calls to prospects across France, Spain, Germany, and the UK.

Ideally, I want to:

  • Buy a French (+33) phone number.
  • Make and receive calls directly from my Mac / Phone App.
  • Have prospects see my French number when I call them.
  • Receive callbacks through the same service.
  • Keep my existing personal number for WhatsApp.
  • Pay a low, transparent, pay-as-you-go price, without expensive monthly plans or hidden fees.

I don't need a call center, CRM, or team features. Just a reliable virtual number and a straightforward way to call from my computer while physically in Israel.

What would you recommend based on actual experience?
