General Bloody disgusting One Nation
So now it’s ok for Pauline Hanson and ONe nation to mock a serious medical condition!
This is beyond low of the low.
It’s well up there with Donald J Trump

Have you had enough of ghost jobs and a general lack of integrity around job advertising in Australia?
This is the final day you can add your signature and share this petition to help get the attention the issue deserves. Please share widely if you agree with the aims.
We want to see a Ghostbuster Bill presented to parliament to introduce regulation for job advertising which penalises those who post ghost jobs and act in a misleading and dishonest manner.
Everyone knows this is a big problem and if we can get even some modest regulation it may force platforms like Seek to police unethical actors who are currently unaccountable.
Australians are better and deserve better. This is partly inspired by the TJAAA in the US and we will hopefully see a global push back in future.

They've been throwing this bs argument at minor left parties (the greens, mostly) for years.

The WA Greens knew Jordan Steele-John was an alleged predator for ten years and covered it up.

We really screwed ourselves by privatising so many government services.
How could privatising the job placement part of welfare not lead to the gaming of the system for profit?

I seriously do not understand how the bar is this low for a candidate.
No vetting, no standards, just desperation. The party took this idiots money, put him in the most unlikely seat, and ran with it. Exploit, churn and burn.
The fact there is a prospect that soon in the Victoria election, this party and its successful candidates will be paid with taxpayer money disgusts me. And if one candidate is THIS bad that’s allowed to go through, there will be others that we haven’t uncovered more about yet.
One nation and its candidates need to be held to the same standards as the other parties’ candidates - and they will continue to operate in the ways they have as long as it keeps earning them money.

Pauline Hanson is calling for people to calm down over Angie Bell's comments calling for Albo and Anne Aly to be "shamed and stoned" which is an intonation that they should be killed, especially to a Muslim like Anne Aly.
Angie Bell was later forced to withdraw the comments, but the damage has been done publicly with Anne receiving death threats already over the commentary. The coalition is taking a unified stance that the comments were withdrawn, so no harm, no foul.
So the question is, should politicians get a free pass on hateful comments? Considering those made in parliament will go public very quickly regardless of being withdrawn or not. While Hansard will show the comment as being "withdrawn" the comment itself remains in the record, and the comment is frequently broadcast immediately without retraction.
Conversely if Albo had made a comment about Hanson being a crook and a liar (both demonstrable) who should be gaoled ... how would that affect Pauline who has spent time behind bars already? ... Withdrawn.

Work 11 hours a day. Pay a fortune in rent. Get gouged at the supermarket. Hand over more of your wages to privatised corporations.
And somehow, you're told that migrants and trans people are the problem.
The billionaires and big corporations are laughing all the way to the bank while Labor and the Liberals keep us fighting amongst ourselves.
It's time to break the power of the billionaire class and put it back in the hands of everyday Australians.

Personally I’d prefer Labor not waste $ and focus trying to be seen to block this. It’s futile. If it is streamed and people want to see it, they will find a way.
Stick with the bipartisan narrative of denouncing the event (and the current US govt while you’re at it), go with “right minded Australians wouldn’t watch this”, warn social media companies not to host recordings … then score political points calling out any platform or person who proliferates or rejoices it, as UnAustralian (because you know who WILL share/rejoice it!)
Stop trying to pRoTeCt uS fRoM all tHe bAd tHiNgS and project the narrative.
Labor just aren’t smart or politically strategic.

Federal Liberals have given a lukewarm response to former treasurer Josh Frydenberg's mooted return to politics, with one colleague saying the party cannot afford to wait for him to "save us", and One Nation's Barnaby Joyce urging him to "cut the BS" over his ambitions.
Promoting his memoir with a media blitz during a parliamentary sitting week, Mr Frydenberg insisted he had been "very content" after losing his seat of Kooyong but stopped short of ruling out a comeback.
In excerpts from Mr Frydenberg's book, he urged the Liberal Party to "reclaim" the centre of politics, arguing there was a lack of political courage in Canberra.
But Mr Frydenberg said on Tuesday he supported Angus Taylor and his frontbench, despite litigating the "need for us to change".
"I support Angus and the team, it's a tough job", he said.
