PSA PSA - Plugin Boutique Free Membership Information

We've been asked to explain a little bit about the new membership program they have going on since it has come across as a little confusing.

The membership is a new, free rewards program that you are automatically enrolled in when you register and make a purchase on the site. Each purchase will count towards unlocking higher membership tiers. Each tier is going to give additional perks and discounts:

  • Silver Tier: spend $100 within 12 months to unlock 5% virtual cash, extra discounts on specific products, free gifts with purchase, and free products.

  • Gold Tier: spend $200 within 12 months to unlock 7.5% virtual cash, extra discounts on specific products and hardware, a monthly mystery plugin for free, free gifts with purchase, and free products.

Both tiers are free and automatic when you spend money on the platform. The best deal IMO is the virtual cash. If you can get to the 7.5% level, that can help save a whole lot of money in the long run. I'm also looking forward to see what sort of partners will be added for more hardware options in the future.
