Joe Espada was the only manager in Astros franchise history to lead a team to the postseason and not win a single postseason game.

All of the other managers who made the postseason had won at least one playoff game and/or series. Obviously, other managers who didn't make the postseason with the Astros (e.g. Bo Porter, Brad Mills, Terry Collins, etc.) won't be included.
