I'm new to airplants, had this one since the beginning of October. And it's leaves have curled quite a bit more, is there anyway I can make them straighten up more?

Small and cute, with a slight blush.

Is my bloom dead or is there still a chance of flowers?

For context, i soak this tillandsia weekly for 30 minutes, and spray it a few times in-between. Today I have noticed the base browning from the bottom up, but when I gently squeeze the base or tug at these leaves they stay intact? The only other thing I can think of is it's just naturally declining

It was doing well in the same spot for months and suddenly started curling. The base is still firm, no visible rot. The darker spots are just darker green because it doesn't have trichomes in those spots. I put it in this container to get more air circulation, thinking that might help. I tried putting it in a sunnier spot (based on the spot, I really doubt it's the opposite.) I spray it a couple of times a week with spring water and spray it with fertilizer once a month.

Hello, I'm getting this kind of damage all over my Spanish moss. It is brown, dry, hard and thiner than rest.
Does anyone know what causes this?

Hi, I’m pretty new to owning airplants and I’ve had this guy for about 3 months now. Seemed to be doing well generally until maybe about a week or two ago (or at least that I’ve noticed). I’m wondering if it’s rotting from the inside out?? Or something else is wrong. Honestly I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
My watering schedule is once every week (maybe once every two weeks occasionally). I first clean my sink and rinse it really well to get rid of any residue. Fill it with water and put all my plants in upside down and leave for 20 minutes. I shake them out and set them out to dry upside down on a towel for about 12 hours because some are quite large and take longer to dry.
But this one seems to now be getting darker in the center and has this large yellow spot on the one leaf (it’s soft there). The underside has always been a bit dark since I’ve had it but maybe is a little softer in a few spots. Honestly it’s hard to tell if it’s actually soft or just the give between the leaves. But I’m also wondering if the white on the root is mold.
Please help. It’s such a pretty airplant and I want to save it if possible.

Or are those just new leaf growths

When I bought this I never expected to see any growth. What are the little branches reaching for?

yeah, it’s me, I just posted on the white glue found on my air plant. I also just discovered she’s completely rotted from the inside out 😭, I noticed the base was a little too soft, removed the dried leaves and uncovered a tragedy. I bought her a couple weeks ago and it’s the first time I water it.
I’m sad

I had seen a post about this happening to an air plant after water dunking before, but it was years ago and no one knew what it was. I thought it was sap, but people and google have said air plats don’t produce latex, so I’m lost.
This wasn’t there before, and I had tried to pull off the dried leaves before dunking but gave up, so maybe it was an accidental injury from that. It was glued to an object when I had gotten it, a couple weeks ago, but the glue was transparent and I removed all of it, so I don’t think that’s it.
Any ideas? Should I be concerned?

I was thinking Tillandsia Argentea but I would like confirmation.
Thank you

Hi everyone!
I wanted to share some of my ceramic air plant holders, which I call Sky Pots.
I shape them all by hand and the process takes quite a few hours, from forming each shape and drilling the holes to carefully sanding and smoothing every single hole and surface.
Each Sky Pot is made from grogged stoneware clay in different colors, with tiny black speckles throughout.
I eventually started selling them on Etsy, and they've received some really lovely feedback, so I thought I'd share them here too.
What do you think?

So recently I bought some Spanish moss and I then saw some other similar airplants like ball moss and tillandsia Kimberly so I decided to buy those too, the one on the end I know is definitely tillandsia Kimberly which is a hybrid of ball moss and Spanish moss but the ones in the bowl look different, I definitely bought ball moss but they both look kinda of different. Am I crazy or did they give me 3 different species? Lmao

I have had this airplant for 3 years and it's done blooming. It has a new bulb growing on it. Do I just keep doing what I have been? Will the new bulb just eventually break off. I have read that separating the new bulb can kill it.
