I wanted so badly this denoising filter on vapoursynth.
Imho, this is the best GPU accelerated denoising filter.

So I made it with a local AI and it works great :

• Vapoursynth API 4 => perfectly works as a plugin on StaxRIp with NVIDIA GPU (I need you to test on AMD and Intel)
• Written in OpenCL 1.2
• Works better and faster than the previous (very old but excellent)
• The VRAM leak is fixed!

I just need people to try it with AMD and Intel GPU. I only could test it on RTX 3050 and RTX 4060, RTX 4080.

After testing, if Dendraspis wants to integrate it StaxRip, he is welcome!
