Help (General) Driver error

Post image

Need help resolving this issue it keeps happening every time I try to use my laptop camera and sometimes when I'm playing a video or web browsing. I used AMD cleanup utility to remove the drivers and the camera functioned normally but upon reinstalling them using AMD adrenalin software which auto detects the drivers the issue has returned. Can someone help me with a solution to this.

Switch your browser to firefox. Chromium browser, brave etc cause this constantly.

Look up last safe driver then, use ddu to uninstall adrenaline etc, and install an older more stable driver.

DDU is not recommended, best to use AMD Cleanup Utility.

Because there is no single solution, there are multiple points of failure, you have to try different things. Without stating your specs and software versions you won't get help.

What's the Windows and the driver version? Update them both, they're made more stable now.

That's an ancient Windows version, I recommend updating to 26H2.
