Selfies Lived and worked in 5 countries, now in Canada. How do you make peace with missing so many places NSFW
I'm 45 and have lived and worked in 5 countries before settling in Canada. Each place gave me something different: a food I still crave, a routine I fell into, friends I think about more than I expected.
Now I find myself missing pieces of all of them, and none of them are quite the same as when I left. It feels less like homesickness for one place and more like carrying a few homes at once.
For those of you who have moved a lot, how do you make peace with it? Do you go back, or let each one stay a good memory?"
