Prague, Czechia - a drilling rig stuck under a bridge

Stuck since 9PM last night (22 hours), FD tried to use a tank to pull it out. Their first tank couldn't move it and broke down. The second one can't move it either. They are bringing in another one to try a final pull attempt.
If that fails, the PD bomb squad is there to blast the rig.

Happened this morning on Sacramento Blvd, just south of Chicago Ave.
This monster has eaten at least two trucks this week. The fourth photo is of different wreckage from the same location, this past Monday.
