I have got that ban for no reason, maybe it's sound weird, but I updated Snapchat app and after some time my account which not banned was logged out, and I see that problem, it was month ago and Snapchat support can't even help, it's just automated emails, and if you mention word "Banned" they will talk about why your account banned, but it's doesn't make sense. So I don't know If that helps, but we have to do something, Device ban unconscious, so I just started a petition, maybe it will do something.
