First off, excuse me if I do something wrong, this is my very first post.
Also, English is not my native language, so please bear with me if my English is not the best. :)

I've searched a lot and didn't find much on Centaurus B80 compatible RBAs, specially in recent posts, so I decided to go ahead and try again.

I like the Centaurus OG RBA, it has nice flavour, doesn't leak...
All in all, even if it is my first RBA/AIO, I find to be a good RBA and when I bought the B80 I've made my mind that I wouldn't go down the RBA rabbit hole... but it is very enticing, so I decided to look for an MTL (0.8 mm air pin) RBA. :D

Does anyone own or know, by close experience, whether any of the following is compatible with LV Centaurus B80?

1. Cthulhu Tank 520 Boro V2 (has 0,8 mm air pin)
   
2. Ambition Mods Agra RBA (has 0,8 mm air pin)
   
3. Ambition Mods & The Vaping Gentlemen Bishop³ Dotcubed RBA ((has 1,0 mm air pin)

In case compatibility with all the above is confirmed, which one would you recommend? I'm inclined towards the Agra RBA.
(I'm on a budget, so these are the options I'm down to)

This SX Mini by YiHi has the potential to be a good mod, IF Yihi knew how to cut threads correctly. About 16 months ago I bought an SXMini, but there was a problem, the threads on the battery cap weren't cut correctly and it was almost impossible to screw on. I contacted YiHi, who basically told me "too bad" and refused to do anything at all. So recently I thought to myself, "they must have fixed the thread issue, right?" NOPE same exact thing with the latest POS SX Mini, threads on the cap are trash. Here I am with over 100.00 in wasted funds on their garbage they refuse to stand behind. So buyer beware. Very cusious to know if anyone has ever gotten them to stand behind their mods....

For adults using a rebuildable atomizer, what belongs in a simple RBA care log: coil material, resistance reading, wicking changes, leak checks, or battery condition? I am interested in documentation that helps reproduce a setup safely, not in pushing a particular device or build.

I've bought an RDTA to try out as I've been spending a small fortune on commercially-made coils that only ever last a few days at best because I mostly use pretty sweet liquids like Killer Kustard and Royalty 2

Deciding on an RDTA was quite easy, there isn't exactly a huge choice now but when it comes to what kind of wire to use it's not quite so straightforward. I thought fused clapton wire, just because it seems like a lot of people use it but when it comes to whether it's made of Kanthal, SS or Ni80, I've no idea what would be best for me.

I thought maybe Kanthal because I'm pretty sure that's what's used in the Vaporesso coils I'm currently using but does the metal type have an effect on e.g. flavour or coil longevity?

I'm not a full-on cloud chucker, I prefer a more RDTL style and I use 0.4 ohm or 0.3 ohm GTX and GTi coils in most of my vapes.

The RDTA I bought can take 2 coils but I think using a single coil will be enough for a decent RDTL kind of vape but can anyone tell me the pros & cons of the various metals used in coil wire?

It would be great to think I could have one coil lasting a whole month or more, sooner than using up around 5 packs of commercial coils each month. If I can make this work I'd buy more RDTAs as I use more than one flavour of juice but they're all quite sweet, I'm doing well if I get 5 days' use out of a GTX coil.

Hey everyone, looking for some advice for a summer setup. Right now I have two black tanks: a Geekvape Zeus (running at 57W with a 0.2xm but the airflow is almost closed) and a Dead Rabbit MTL v2.

With the summer heat coming, the Zeus is constantly overheating, heat-sinking my mod, and draining my batteries. On the other hand, the Dead Rabbit MTL v2 is a total nightmare to wick for my RDTL style with 70/30 juice. Currently using Vandy Vape Ni80 Fused Claptons with BP Mods 2.5mm cotton, but it either boils the liquid or spits like a volcano.

I'm deciding between two options to fix this:

Stick with the Dead Rabbit MTL v2 but switch from Fused Claptons to a Ni80 Staple coil to get a flatter surface area, faster ramp-up, and stop the spitback at lower wattage.

Buy a Silver Hellvape Fat Rabbit Solo 2, close down the side airflow entirely, and run a single large coil (3.0mm–3.5mm) at around 30W–35W max for an easier, leak-free RDTL build that stays cool or buy the blaze solo 2 rta so it has less of a chance to leak but it's featured only in black in my country.

I buy my coils/supplies pre-made from local shops. Which path is going to give me the most reliable, cool-running summer setup without the building headache? Thanks!

Where do people source decent prebuilt coils for rad’s and rta’s now days? I’m looking for something for an Aromamizer supreme v4 a Ragnar and vallhalla mini.

Since I’m sure there are some people here who have tried it before🤣- approximately how many refills might a disposable (the rechargeable type, ofc) survive before the coil (or something else) dies?

I’ve opened the cheaper, non-rechargeable ones before just to recharge it (to be able to use up the remaining eliquid), but since my refillable vape died a long time ago I haven’t bought any more ejuice.

My worry is that if I will go out and buy a container of ejuice SPECIFICALLY so I can try this idea; but the any of the coil/battery/PCB, etc goes bad in no time, then all the $ spent on juice and (almost) all the eliquid I put in the foam will be wasted. So even though I could still use up that eliquid at a later date, I don’t have much money atm and it would suck spending a $ value on unusable (for a while) eliquid which I could’ve just bought a disposable for 🤣🤣 yes I know they’re bad for the environment- I got most of those non-rechargeable’s from litter out in the ‘environment 😂

I’m looking for recommendations. I used to have a vicious ant phenom which was rebuildable, I loved having a little kit of screws and such instead of disposable carts. I’m quitting drinking and smoking weed so I’m looking for something simple to just have, low maintenance, minimal waste. Where should I start looking? I dislike the disposable stuff that seems really prevalent now.

Bonus: I used to have a strawberry fluid flavor I liked but they changed the flavor because of concerns about popcorn lung in like 2014. I’m looking for something sweet but not artificial tasting.

My vinci III failed, and my luxe x fell out of my pocket when I was half a sleep walking someone to a car, it was gone by the morning. I'm needing to replace my Vinci III and Luxe X.

I need auto draw & rba. I can't afford non rba options. Last I looked was in 2023~.

It doesn't seem like in those 1,000 days of time did anything new hit the market that supports autodraw and RBA. Yes I know manufactures are leaning away from this for profit reasons; the same reasons I am leaning towards them (and can only afford RBA options, and I want autodraw).

No interest in anything with no RBA option and only interested in auto draw (button fire if there, w/e, if not, w/e).

¿What else niche thing do you know about that Claude or GPT doesn't?

It runs really well for the most part; fat clouds and all that, but as soon as I bump it up to 115+ watts, it begins to dry hit. It is not improper wicking, but it is due to the liquid reservoir not feeding the wick fast enough. I know this because whenever I untwist and lift the top cap off slightly to let liquid pool in the chamber, it suddenly ceases.

Is there any way I can modify my Blaze Pro Max RTA to make it feed more adequately for my wattage demands?

Hello, I'm from Turkey, and since vapes are banned here commercially, I can’t find TFV18 Mini coils because of supply and stock issues. I’m planning to switch to a rebuildable atomizer and have a friend bring it from abroad. I have no technical knowledge about this. For example, I’d really like to get a Dead Rabbit V4, but I don’t know if it will work with my G-Priv 4. Should I buy a new mod? Because of the ban, it’s also hard to find reliable information, and I can’t go abroad. which one I should buy from RDA, RTA, or RDTA? Do these products randomly work with any mod, or are there compatibility issues? Technically, I’m quite inexperienced. I’ll keep using ready-made premium liquids for now and might switch to DIY ones later — it’s not very suitable for me at the moment. I think I can learn coil building quickly though. I'm seriously at my wit's end with my Wasp Nano RDA Pro. The flavor is awesome, but it's given me a sore throat. It felt totally fine to hit at first and I didn't notice the throat soreness until the end of the day after vaping frequently throughout the day.

The crazy thing is that my Vaporesso Luxe XR Max with the same exact juice is perfectly smooth. This tells me it has to be a weird quirk with the Wasp or my build interacting with it.

I've tried every standard fix you can think of. Here is my setup and the massive list of things I've already tried:

My Setup:

• RDA: Wasp Nano RDA Pro
• Mod: Aegis Solo 2
• Wire/Coil: 26ga SS316L, 6-7 Spaced Wraps, 3mm ID, 0.5-0.6 ohms
• Juice: 50/50 10mg nic salt unflavored that comes out to around 8mg nic salt after adding flavors. I've switched to juice with NO WS-23/cooling agents. I've added VG to help, even made a 60/40 base to make recipes with.

I've done a lot of troubleshooting. I've locked the cold resistance and switched completely to TC-SS Mode on the Solo 2, which eliminated the overheating issue, but the irritation persists. I'm running it cool at at around 420F with 35W ramp up.

On the build side, I've checked and double-checked everything:

• The Coil is Perfectly Centered and sitting right in the middle of the side airflow slots.
• No Hot Spots or Hot Legs: I pulsed it at low wattage and it glows perfectly evenly from the center out.
• Airflow is MAXED OUT—I opened the slots completely to get the coolest possible vape.
• Wicking is solid: Cotton is snug but not tight, and I'm not over-dripping or getting dry hits.

It felt fine when I first started hitting it yesterday but it built up and I noticed my throat was sore before bed. Since the Luxe XR Max is fine, the issue is that something in the Wasp's vapor delivery is uniquely harsh to my throat. I tried it again today and I could notice it mildly irritating to my already sore throat. Tried the Luxe with no issues. Either way, I'm giving it a break till soreness is gone.

What is the most advanced, subtle, or obscure thing I could be missing? Could this small chamber be creating turbulent, stinging vapor at 0.6 ohm even with perfect TC? Has anyone else had issues with the Wasp Nano RDA Pro being unnecessarily harsh?

Any advice from Wasp users or advanced builders would be amazing. Thanks!
