Hey! So I have gotten a massive paper trail that world of games and G2A refuse to refund me the money and they haven’t taken the account yet. I haven’t even logged in. I’ve gone ahead and disputed the charge with my bank. What are the odds I’ll see that money come back?

I bought a 6 month spotify premium account from Junao_game and it worked at first but now the Spotify premium isn't working and is a normal Spotify account. Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing?

Any sort of help much appreciated

can you help me to recover it. thankyou

I purchased a game account on October 11, and the seller delivered it 6–7 hours late.

After receiving it, I only downloaded the game and played for 2.5 hours before the account was suspended. I did nothing wrong.

When I contacted the seller, they refused to help, provide a replacement, or issue a refund, claiming that digital products are non-refundable.

I paid for a working account, not a defective one!

I've also seen similar complaints about this seller in reviews and on Reddit.

Be careful before buying from this seller. I don't want anyone else to waste their money like I did.

Avoid Ultimate_choices like the plague. I got a 300 CNY gift card from the and it simply didn't work.

I then started a refund request 14 days ago, just to be blatantly ignored by both the vendor and g2a. g2a wanted me to contact freaking steam to ask them why the card wasn't working, then came back to say they simply can't help... laughable.

I purchased a gift card from a different vendor and it worked fine, as always. G2A is a decent website, never had a problem before but god damn... their customer service is awful and I will now NEVER use it again, only Enba from now on.

Bom dia, eu já comprei alguns jogos na g2a e funcionou tudo certo, mas foi por steam key, alguém ja comprou jogos do tipo "account" sabe me dizer como funciona? nunca comprei desse tipo, e estou com receio

I bought 2 codes on G2a for a chance to win Elden Ring, but I already own those 2 games. If someone has extra codes let me know

Junao_game sells community server banned dayz account so avoid this seller the best you can. I have everything to prove this but he still avoids refund and compensation.

Account was banned in 2025 (tracks ban on community servers via cftools no anti-cheat ban) but i got it 2 days ago.

FC 27 releases tomorrow and I’m looking for the cheapest PC option.

G2A seems pretty cheap, especially with discount codes I’ve seen on price comparison sites. Is G2A actually the cheapest right now, or is there a better deal elsewhere?
