We need your help!
We need your help! We're trying to create and popularize an entire set of "alternative" sub-reddits.
These sub-reddits all end in a "2". So just take the name of a huge, multi-million-user "main" sub-reddit and add a "2" to the name -- e.g. /r/Politics2, /r/WorldPolitics2, /r/News2, /r/WTF2 and so on.
These sub-reddits are smaller and have fewer rules than the huge mega-million-user large sub-reddits. Our idea is to create a set of friendlier sub-reddits with an emphasis on civility and not personal insults and ad hominem attacks.
But we need your help!
We need your time, your posts, your comments and we need you to mention our alternative sub-reddits in other places and to tell others. (Basic "publicity.")
Please post submissions!
Post comments and reply to others.
Help us popularize these alternatives to the heavily censored and sometimes too heavily trafficked mainstream subs by telling others of our existence.
Together we can develop another option inside of reddit.
Want to become a moderator? Or help run your own "2" alternative sub? There are possibilities for that too.

What Does Your Country Do to Protect the Planet?
Hello! I’m a high school student living in South Korea, and I’m very interested in environmental issues. I’m currently working on a project about environmental protection. While working on it, I became curious about the ways people protect the environment in their everyday lives in other countries. Could you share some everyday eco-friendly practices that people follow in your country? I’d really appreciate your help!

To save the world and to live a life on earth
Hi I'm yashkrit ,I'm about 16 years old and a thought clicks on my brain that the whole earth rn is in a chaos for something. We don't care to speak about it that the earth is soon gonna be inhabitable due to not our fault but the big companies ,they are the cause of it all the problems are due to them we are not the culprits for the worsening of the earth ,they are the main cause .
I admit that we are causing harm but not in a big scale and the harm can be fixed by encouraging people to not do such things but what all the big companies are doing to the earth is inevitable and its affecting all of us ,not just humans but animals and plants too.We blame ourselves for all this meanwhile the culprits are treated as the saviours. Its very painful to see the planet to become a loving hell for people ,there are people who cannot get clean drinking water due to those data centers,it even causes mutation in animals too. This is such a serious problem but we don't seem to care about it ,we think of the present never of the future.
The capitalism has done a serious problem in the world ,also the people of Palestine have been going through such hell for about 3 to 4 years ,it is called a genocide when the white people dies but when the colour changes no one cares about ,I don't mean to offend white people but it is the truth .
In order to take care for our world, all the people all around the world needs to take a serious actions right now ,if we don't and we decides to do it later there will be no humanity left as all these companies are building ai models which will work under them and wouldnt dare to do anything against them ,it is the right time to revolt against them for our lives our children's life and the lives of the future ones .Till there are humans in defense field it can be stopped but as soon as ai robots came into it we can't even do nothing bout it and we all will see the end of world slowly by slowly.
I wish you all understand the true cause of such things going around and support me.
