Strategy Pressing
Which do you guys have better experience with, pressing everything from a hit onto one number, or spreading the hit across all your bets?

I've been working on this spreadsheet since COVID started. At this point I'm totally burned out trying to keep up with it. I appreciate all the comments with additional information, but I haven't acted upon them in a long time.
Comments stating minimums won't be added to the sheet (unless you do it yourself).
To continue the sheet, please request access and add your information as needed. If things change in the future, I will let you know. At this point, I'm turning over the spreadsheet to the community. If you want to continue it, request access to the sheet and add your updates as time progresses.
Now that things have stabilized, minimums don't really change that much. The Las Vegas Strip will be 15-25 (except for some off hours or early mornings might be 10). Downtown will be 10-15 (sometimes $25 at night and $5-10 at DTG).
I forgot to add a link to the spreadsheet. It can be found here

I took my wife and step son to the buffet at Atlantis Reno. We both threw 20 bucks into the machine and he hits this.

So I play a slot usually don’t play slots unless it’s bubble here and there. Hit a triple pop for on yeti bought in for $200 at a $5 bet made 1500 extra . Was free rolling $1500 and added $500 of my own bank roll. Tables too packed today before the dices got to me I go on a decent roll but everyone else couldn’t get on rhythm . I’ll get them on the next one. Could have just left but wanted to throw dice .

At 1.41%, the pass line is one of the cheaper bets covered in the video; of the games it compares, only baccarat's banker bet (1.06%) and basic-strategy blackjack (under 0.5%) come in lower. American roulette, for contrast, is 5.26%.
The video then shows how a casino turns any of these edges into 'theo', its estimate of what your time at the table is worth. I made it for my channel.
Shooters, do you keep to the pass line or mix in the props?
$500 on all the numbers and ten times odds. All the hardways maxed and same with the horn. Point established as a six. Next roll 7 out. It happened so fast.
Ilani has a remodel for the next 10 days. Looks like 14 more stations AND crapless craps is coming!
Wonder if it will be individual bubble craps or still the stadium style.

Made a sudden trip to Vegas to grind some tier points out at Caesars 5x event. Played a little under 4 hours and broke even.
Went back to Fremont got a call from a friend that was in town and they one never played craps before and met up and found a $10 crapless game at Golden Nugget at like 3am.
On the first shooter, placed $44 inside and the craziest thing happened. The shooter went on a roll for like an hour and a half.
I walked out with $3k without hitting any ATS or any hardways bets! My friend left mid hand and won over $200 playing just the pass/odds at $10 1x odds.
It was insane and I've never been a part of anything like that before! It's why I love the game, anything can happen.

A few weeks ago I thought about a new parlay bet that focuses on the 11 (YOOO) during the come out roll. The bet is: pass line and $10 C&E, 11 hit, pass line pays min bet ($15 or $25 for the tables I play) and C&E wins $70. The goal is to parlay the pass line and the C&E win all to the 11 to make it $100, plus a $5 crap.
Well last night, I was playing at the table and my fiancee is hanging out with me,. I'm staying alive throughout the shooters and she has no action. I get done shooting for the second time and the stick man asks if she shoots, so I ask her because she normally doesn't like to because she feels a lot of pressure. She says fuck it, so I give her pass line money and I do my center bets. She proceeds to go on a heater. After her 2nd point made, she hits the 11 on the come out and I do the parlay because I'm up for once. BOOM she hits the 11 for the back to back and I got $1500. She proceeds to throw a ton more craps numbers and I get a horn bet parlay to $160 for a $500 payout on a rolled 3. She set another point, but her roll ended after a couple more rolls.
Bucket list item achieved, now onto the next and I'm taking recommendations!

Saturday night a buddy and I hit the casino. He flocked to blackjack and I park at the crapless craps table. The table was me and 2 older Hispanic women. I was rolling pretty well. Hitting about 2 points per roll but also with one of the ladies only doing extremes (2,3,11 n 12) I was rolling a healthy portion of extremes which made her think I was on fire and the breadwinner of the session.
Now here is where I felt uncomfortable. After many dice passes she finally decided to take a turn for herself and surprisingly she crushed it hitting points and smacking all the numbers except 4. Once she hit the 11th of 12 all tall smalls with only that 4 remaining. I hear the dealers yell out that she is going to pass it to me. Alarm bells start to ring off in my head because I am superstitious as fuck and felt like I’m coming in cold to this specific roll now. I’m heavily against it and kind of yell out no you should finish what you started but the spectator next to me steps in as my temporary therapist saying nah this happens all the time don’t even worry about the 4 just focus on the point. I felt the immense pressure of performing and getting the 4 and kinda frazzled that I’m asked to do a paxson for 3 moment for this lady that built up the 11/12 with her own bare hands that she should have finished it off her self. I end up rolling 3 twice for her so I got her paid a little and I hit a few 5 and 9s for myself (5-9 for me) then 7 out. I don’t stay too long after that because of how uncomfortable it made me feel. +360 on the session but that moment was an uncomfortable first time for me. Thoughts?

Both craps tables were packed. I waited around 10 min. for a nice opening.
$15 minimum , 10x odds. Bought in for $1500, 4 shooters, all on opposite side.
Walked away with $4085.
The fourth shooter (he was definitely a novice, possibly 1st time shooter) was getting coached by an obviously seasoned shooter next to him.
It was beautiful, came close twice to hitting ATS.
Making numbers and points left & right.
If I was better like I usually do at Borgata, it would have been substantially more.
Compared to the Atlantic City Marina casinos, Mount Airy has a LOT of interesting characters.

So much more to learn but I am going to dive head first into craps details of playing and strategy. Hoping I can get confident enough to play a table.
I've avoided craps due to it being overwhelming. I finally manned up and am just starting off. This month alone ive lost about 3k but I've made 10k. Like tonight went to local casino and bubble crapless. 1hr afternoon and I made 2k. Came home took shower and reset. Went back and turned 200 into two hand pays. Learning that if i have 250 bank roll and stay focused I can make good money. Never won anything like this in my life.

This question is mostly for casino employees.
What happens when a die is thrown off the table and can’t be found?
I saw this happen once and when I left the table 45 minutes later, the pit crew were still looking for the missing die.

A quick 2 hour session after work since I left early. A new shooter a girl was jamming out to the music and rolled them all I had 5/5/5 on it . Went for a great roll . I had 5 shooters ahead of me when it got to me I got the talls15/15/15 missing 2/3 for all. I rolled so many 10s and 8 and 6s cashed out after one shooter after me table was turning cold again .

I'm in DC for Fall Break with the kids and saw that National Harbor is a short Uber ride from my hotel. Has anyone been? Do they run a decent number of tables? What sort of minimums am I looking at?
I won’t name where I was in Vegas last week but it was one of the more upscale places on the strip. 25 minimum.
Table had 9 players and the shooter was hot. I’d say he was a good 20+ rolls into it and the table was a vibe. Dealer bets everywhere. Smalls had already hit. The guy could barely throw without hitting any chips the table was so stacked.
He started mentioning his bathroom situation pretty early but was fine but at some point he was at the point of no return, he had to go.
I was shocked the dealers and pit allowed him to run to the bathroom. All play was paused for 5-7 minutes.
Again, I was shocked. Everyone was ready for the “you gotta go you gotta go but we have to keep the game moving” line from the pit. Nope. They were fine with the stoppage. A bunch of us threw 10 bucks each into the dealers for allowing this.
So the question begs - is this normal?
And yes, he got back and threw a good dozen more times before the PSO hit. Nobody cared, we all made bank.

“Always take max odds” is one I think needs more explanation when someone is brand new. Understanding the odds bet is useful. Putting more money out than you’re comfortable losing because someone at the table told you to is another matter.
There’s also a lot of advice that mixes actual rules with table superstition, which can make learning the game more confusing than it needs to be.
What were you told when you started playing that you later realized was wrong or needed a big asterisk?

... do you take all your non-contract bets down? Anecdotal, but it seems it's always a 7-out after a die goes off.

Does anyone here play just a single Pass Line and modest (1x-2x odds)? This seems like a way to hang around the table for a while, but also not a whole lot of winning to be done.
Is this a solid strategy to have with a modest $200-300 budget @ $30/shooter ($15 Pass Line and $15 odds).
In my head, the math seems to come down to what happens more: PSO’s vs points hit. Whichever happens more in your session determines the direction your bankroll went.
Does this modest strategy end up as neutral as the 1.4% house edge indicates or is there a ton of variance/volatility in the couple hours one may be at a table? Seen a lot of simulated runs with the 3-Point Molly and the corresponding short-term volatility.
Just curious if real world experience shows the same swings with the more modest version proposed. I’d like the chance to win some money at the table, but also don’t want to play in a way where being up to $350 on a $300 buy-in is the ceiling.
Seeing if anyone uses this in the real world and can share their experience. Most of what you see online revolves around multiple points and 3-4-5x odds, so way over my working budget here.

Yesterday lost 700 today bought in for 1360 and went on two crazy rolls when I was the shooter hit the talls both times and was missing the 4 for the first one . Got the point and laid the 4 for $1400 7 came out and made $700 from that got my and 6 to $210 each hit them 3 more times. Second roll got the talls pretty quick plus hitting a bunch of numbers colored up after my roll was done . Had a losing days yesterday but finished strong today.
