Did anyone else notice that one group of Carina's synergies are some of the most infamous and annoying fights in act 6?

Sentinel- 6.1.6

Mister Sinister- 6.2.2

Champion- 6.2.6

Iron man infinity war- 6.3.4

Captain America infinity war- 6.3.6

I thought it was a really cool easter egg to some of the most difficult fights in act 6

The AI keeps being so aggressive when you have to get his shield armor down. Had to retry so many times and still ended up using revives. Fought him in 3 times in 8.3 for 100% exploration, then in crucible, then epilogue and now again with carina. 6 times and the fight never seemed fun. Plus one misclick on the striker and there goes the flow of the fight and you get rekt. I would rather fight the epoch ares over than fight this guy again!

I think Kabam should add some new stages to the game, it's been a while...

When I fight Knull, I barely gain any power per hit. Is that how it’s supposed to be?

Fought him with mojo. Sometimes when placing a hater buff he uses his own text box to call out Mojo’s line lol

Besides the normal callouts he has in any fight (you chose poorly/not my tempo) has anyone else found unique dialogue when facing him?

I finished Doom and have seven Purified Chronoserpent Essence pieces... Am I missing something? I'm not sure how to use.

I do not need or want class 1 alloys. The worst.

Found out if you mess the dex on the final hit of his sp1 he’ll just say “not quite my tempo”

I wanted to do a thread to gather all of Carina's talks with epilogue's bosses since some of them contain funny references.
There are several lines of dialogues possible per boss fights so if you want to contribute, don't hesitate !

I'll edit the following list as time goes on. When there's a C before the quote it means that Carina speaks first.

Scytalis : C "Natalia, why do this ? – You think you know me ? Perhaps this is Natalia Romanova."

Bahamet : C "Dr Banner please, look at what you've become. – I've become what I needed to become."

Cerastes : "I have technology beyond comprehension. – Well I have a big stick."

I just beat the Chronoserpent and immediately after the final hit my game disconnected 😭 after I reconnected it reset me to before the fight even started.

I submitted a ticket but I don't know how much they can do, I'm just so frustrated I've been trying to solo him all day and I haven't had any connection issues until this point.

The Chronoserpent final boss is really fun and I'm thankful it is not as brutal as Nameless Collector & Nameless Grandmaster.

But the part of him that stands out the most is how well animated he is. Specifically, I love how his Special 2 uses weapons from all the other Ouroboros characters, and that there's two different versions so all 6 are incorporated.

In Major, it's Lotan's hammer, Scytalis' spider arms, and Bahamet's gamma wave.

In Minor, it's Glykhan's axe, Orochi's claws, and Cerastes' plasma blast.

Glykhan's axe inflicting Wound of Defiance is a great detail as well.

It's a small thing, but a great way of tying it all together. As a big fan of the Ouroboros characters and bosses, this was really cool to see.

My steve symbiote is at FULL health so I can't click on his profile in the middle of screen, to choose him (he's just greyed out), before hitting the Heal button. If I press Heal or x button, the game freezes.
Tried closing and opening the game but it didn't work.

UPDATE: So I had to restart the quest and redo all the fights again. Tips for those that plan to do this quest: Before going to ANY heal node in this quest, you can 1. choose "Skip choice node", or 2. make sure your Symbiote is not at full health, then choose "Single champion heal", then click the Symbiote in middle of screen then Heal.

anyone tested in the last few hours?

I wanted to play this game on my tablet alongside my iphone so i tried to create a kablam account in order to login on tablet. But when i added a kablam logging IT ERASED my old account and now when logging in that is the only option??? How do i get my old account back?

The chronoserpent is the worse boss design in the entire game imo. He’s not difficult, he is poorly designed. I’ve conquered every piece of content in the game and this is by far the worst fight in terms of design. It’s long, boring and low skill, and repetitive

The biggest flaw imo is he is repetitive, not in the sense you have to take him 6 times but in his phases.
The difference between all of his phases is basically non existent, other than you can only hit him 3 times later on and the specials speed changes increase.
You essentially play the same throughout the entire 20 bars. Other bosses all of some variation in what you’re trying to do between the phases and have to adjust a little bit but this isn’t really the case for chronoserpent.

Additionally the skill ask is very low and boring game play, you don’t have to do much except Dex his specials then hit him. There’s no specific promots like grandmaster or things to do during the specials like against ares or even the evil Jane foster. Like what the fuck is this gameplay. It’s basically a glorified winter solider

The special attacks aren’t difficult to Dex and is muscle memory but there’s minimal incentive to actually Dex all the hits since you can simply block it and still punish specials. And unlike ares where you’re at least doing specific actions to match each hit of the special it’s just such boring gameplay.

And finally ontop of this poor gameplay design, it’s also long, like there absolutely no reason for it be this long of a fight, especially when you are doing the same thing over and over again.

Kabam has either cut costs or rushed this out and it’s a very disappointing conclusion to otherwise well designed story in terms of boss fights.
