Verification will be required when a lender or borrower meets or exceeds a specific activity threshold equal to three times higher than their current flair rank for lent/borrowed amounts. This is in addition to loan count/unique borrower count as specified in the above post. Please review the verification requirements thoroughly.
Example for Lenders: If a lender reaches a Gold level of activity ($5,000), they are required to submit verification for, at minimum, Bronze. If a lender reaches Sapphire-level activity ($50,000), they are required to submit verification for, at minimum, Platinum. (And so on.)
Example for Borrowers: The requirement is a bit simpler for borrowers; you must submit for, at minimum, Bronze if your borrowing level has reached Platinum ($5,000).
This measure ensures the safety of the community as a whole for lenders and borrowers alike by requiring verification at key milestones.
As the verification process has now been in place for 6 months, it is mandatory for any lenders or borrowers who fall into the above scenarios to submit for their verification within the next two weeks. The deadline for this requirement is 10/31/26.
