Thinking of getting some shorter cranks.

I'm not super familiar with the area, but comments suggest every way away from there is downhill.

Turned off a bridge today and there is a nice little S bend down a decent until it straightens out going past a public park. So it feels nice to ride, the sharp high speed turn off and then gaining speed on the decent zigzagging through the s bend while pushing down power and trying to maintain speed. Road opened onto the straight and here are 3 little hotties on the footpath, far too young but in their sports bra’s and tights doing their walk or walking home after their run and I copped the biggest flirtiest smile from the middle one. I’m thinking around 17 years old and I’m 52. I stopped getting flirting smiles 15 odd years ago when my hair turned grey, I am essentially invisible to the opposite sex, but I do still get them occasionally on the bike. I guess the big glasses and helmet cover most of your face. Is this a thing, is cyclist’s age difficult to determine as they buzz past, anyone else experience this ?

The struggle is real and performative.

Today I was going for a ride and found out that my rear wheel is not. I tried everything and even shifting front and rear derailleurs, but still the rear wheel isn't.

I’ve already spent $14k shaving 600 grams off my bike, but it recently occurred to me that I’m still hauling around two completely unnecessary lower legs.
Considering bilateral below-knee amputations to improve my W/kg, reduce frontal area, and finally get my CdA below 0.20.
Has anyone gone this route? How much weight did you save? Are carbon prosthetics considered an unfair mechanical advantage by the UCI? And how long before I can resume Zone 2?
My FTP is 235W, and I’m tired of being dropped by my dentist on recovery rides.
Please, serious responses only. I’m not interested in spending another $3,000 on wheels when I could just address the real problem.
