The mod queue is PACKED with low effort posts with titles as ambiguous and pointless as "Help" or "[Year and Make of Car]"
If these end up in the queue, which is hundreds and hundreds of posts long at any given time, I will be removing them from now on.
The mod team does not have time to look at every single post and determine if it's a quality post, a photo, etc. If you want your post to stay, make your post titles communicative.

The OEM ContiProContact is...okay, living in Wisconsin I managed to make it work for 3 years. But after 45,000 miles they were very uneven, very loud and just generally kind of a chore.
I was originally going to go with the ExtremeContact DWS06 Plus but stock for some reason was iffy and instead they recommended Pirelli P Zero AS Plus 3's which only differed by $4 a tire so I figured why not.
I...I had completely forgotten what a quiet ride experience in an Integra could be like. It's like a whole new car. I guess slowly over 3 years the tires got worse and worse, but just slowly enough that it wasn't quite so noticeable, I didn't entirely get why everyone would complain about the OEM tires.
Easily 50-70% of my road noise is gone instantly. Genuinely that big of a difference. I'll have to see how these Pirelli's hold up over time but initial impressions are pretty phenomenal, these tires are a fair bit quieter than the brand new rental Integra with 73 miles on it that they gave me to use for the day for the other maintenance they were doing.

So it looks like the full size SUV will be called LDX (Large Dimensional Luxury) while the Acura version of the Passport will be called TDX (Trail Dimensional Luxury)

So I have a Lexus NX f sport that I was leasing. The dealership has a used 2025 Acura rdx for sale that only has 6k miles on it. I really like the way it looks but I’m torn between buying my Lexus or purchasing the Acura. Thoughts on this? I’ve never owned a Acura before.

I got quoted 2400 for rims and tires for Toyo G6 winters and rims.
Is that a good price.
Note this is CDN.

Just purchased an 8 year / 100k mile / $100 deductible plan (C80) from Hyannis for an MDX Type S. Cost was $1880. https://www.hyannishondacare.com/available-plans/
The same plan at Saccucci and Curry was slightly higher. My dealer's finance manager was at almost double, and said he couldn't approach the cost of these because his own acquisition cost was higher (and he was salty about it).
This is my second plan with Hyannis, and I can confirm you get an official AcuraCare VSC card in the mail and it's registered in the Acura service system. There is zero reason to buy this plan from the dealer that sells you the car unless they'll match the price.

Not sure if this kind of post is allowed but I have an Integra aspec and swapped out the OEM spoiler for the artwork bodyshop one for an OEM+ look. The OEM spoiler was only a year old in excellent condition and immediately wrapped it and put it in storage after installing the new one.
Don’t need the oem spoiler anymore and seeing if anyone out there might be looking for one. Feel free to pm if interested, offers welcomed.

There have been a few threads on this, but no answers. I found what I think are the specs and a source for a compact spare for my 2021 ILX premium. Would appreciate any feedback on this!
Spec: 125/80R17; EFS adaptor G 5X114.3; Hub ring: 72.6/64.1. Source: https://www.ezsparewheel.com/ ... price $349. Thoughts, hive mind?

I’m currently almost at the end of my lease period with a 2024 atlas (not the best decision but too late now), instead of buying it out (pay off is 26k) thought of buying something more reliable and also with some add-on features that we would like to have in a car. Came across mdx for 37k and mileage is 31k. How does the community feel about this deal and anything should I be aware of before making this switch. Appreciate any insights, thanks!
Got this 2025 MDX Platinum Elite with 32kKM on it for about 3 days, carfax had a 6k damage estimate and dealer don’t know the detail. Today went to Shell touchless car wash and now I’m seeing this, is this a defect or bad quality repair from damage? The light is bleeding through on driver side only, passenger side looks clean

I all, after test driving a ton of makes and models I decided on the RDX! I am torn between the 2015 (tech package) and 2016 (or 2017) (tech package - I cant find any with acurawatch and tech in my budget). I’m targeting less than 100k miles, which is doable on my budget of 17k OTD for both.
After I buy I plan to get the plug and play carplay (using original screen), LED and Fog lights, and a hitch.
Any thoughts on anything I might be missing between the 2015 and 2016 (or 2017) model years?
Thanks!

Took a trip to Colorado to visit some family members, and they came through and hooked me up with some license plates so I can travel between states with my 1991 Acura NSX. I'm truly grateful to have family who looks out for me and helps me along the way. Family is a blessing, and I'm thankful for all the love and support.

We took delivery today! It's a September 2026 build, making it one of the last Type S MDX's built before they suspended production in September...maybe for good. We'd been planning to buy a different color, but saw this and pivoted. Pictures don't do the Urban Grey Pearl justice. Interior is azurite, which goes really well.
Huge thanks to Radley Acura in Virginia and our advisor Tony, who got us a screaming good OTD price on the car and went the extra mile to get the deal done. Anyone in the market in the DMV should definitely give him a chance to earn your business. They've got plenty more Type S's in stock and are motivated to get them sold.

Acura ILX hybrid 2013 (97000 miles) needs 0xyen sensor and ac compressor. How much would it ideally cost to fix? Is it worth buying for 6k

I just picked up a 2019 ilx premium for a daily driver. Looking to do a few mods to it, got tint right away and I think I wanna add the factory spoiler. What's everyone's opinion on the best remote start? Spend a ton at the dealer or go with something like the start-x plug and play unit? Is an intake worth it?

Had the pleasure of working on this ACURA classic. Supercharged NA1 NSX in for correcting engine mechanical timing (found to be one tooth off), and clean up injector wiring harness which was using jumper adapters causing high resistance, inconsistent engine performance and intermittent misfires. I first performed a cylinder leakage test to verify engine mechanical health. We then did the timing belt package which includes the timing belt, water pump, tensioner, oil filter housing gaskets, and valve cover gaskets. Also replaced the spark plugs and performed a valve lash adjustment. Man I miss working on these. Back when ACURA actually made good cars.
