Russia, Russia, Russia? (When Hoaxes make strange bedfellows)…
The way Trump panders to Putin, really waves several ‘Red Flags’ that hopefully we won’t have to salute one day.

Active measures? Well, that's what we in the West call it. But what Russia does these days is more the work of 'political technologists.' There has been a tremendous amount of confusion about what Russia is doing online - and what they have done. Some of it has been exaggerated, some underreported. I've sat on this account of Russia's interference in the 2016 US election for years, but, thanks to an intrepid production company, it's seeing the light of day. It's the story of the first people to detect Russia's interference in the election. Basically, it recounts a moment the world changed, through the eyes of those who could see it first. Anyway, people following the active measures space may be interested.

This youtuber is intriguing to say the least: she´s getting 500k views lately. Extremely pro-EU/canada, anti-US tech, professional production, curated YT "backstory", AI scripts, bot brigade in the comments, suspicious credentials, concealed Russian accent (to my ears), but if you watch her older videos, it somehow gets worse over the years?¿
Is she a prospective "illegal" who didn´t make the cut for FSB/GRU, and ended up being rented out for Chinese propaganda? Her channel otherwise makes no sense whatsoever ... any thoughts?

Anyone notice that after the Russian bots came back online this week that we saw a HUGE upsurge in "liberals" defending and pushing the idea of voting for whomever the "Ross Perot" of the left might be of whatever political race that "person" is discussing?
"Your candidate isn't liberal enough. Vote 3rd party!"
I know we'll have a real October surprise coming up from Trump/Putin soon, but the onslaught of content from bots that just kicked in this week is insane to me.
Is anyone anywhere talking about this?
Are there any entities online tackling this issue?

Front page of today's Izvestia. Russia and the US are now apparently partners in the AI race, at least according to Dmitriev.
Will Trump start demanding that Ukrainian drones no longer target Yandex centers? Stay tuned!

Who are the Russian dissidents that Jean-Luc Mélenchon presents as evidence that his camp is fighting Putinism? Meet Alexei Sakhnin, who wants to offer Putin a “dignified” peace, and whose arrival in France was facilitated at the highest levels.
