Hi! I went to the 1989 concert when it rolled through Toronto. I begged and begged my mom to buy the blanket and then ended up hating the texture LOL. So it’s just been sitting in the merch bag since it was bought. Found it when cleaning out storage bins.

What would the value for something like this be? Never used? I’m Canadian btw. I believe the blanket retailed for 95 before tax at the concert venue.

I’m not sure if this is going to be rude or not to say but I feel like ever since around 2024-ish or so I’ve seen a big surge of people who are holding merch but more specifically physical media merch to super high standards and they are always making posts about it as well too.

And I’m not talking about people who receive cracked CD cases or else bent/ripped vinyls in the mail because those are obviously large flaws that should be dealt with by the manufacturers/shipping department.

I’m talking about the people who make posts about their gatefolds having just tiny little creases along the edges of them or else the slightest bit of warp to their vinyls. And it’s even more frustrating when it’s between two individual people and not the actual merch company because then people will use it as an excuse to ask for a partial refund or else a full refund as well as being able to keep the item that they originally got from that seller.

Idk if I’m just overthinking this issue at all but it has begun to annoy me so much whenever I see posts like those flooding my timelines because I’m in multiple physical music collector groups. It is not just limited to T. Swift but seems to be more prevalent in the pop and current modern music areas online.

I have it packaged for a return and it let me select the same variant as a replacement… but I’m scared once I send it away I won’t get one back. I ordered both variants (one for me and my bff as a yin & yang thing) and this is the one that’s meant for her.

What are my chances of getting it replaced? This is the first problem I’ve ever had with her merch and I know people usually don’t have great experiences with UMG customer service.

I was one of the lucky people to receive the vinyls in the UK. One came warped and won't play at all on one side and skips on the other side. Should I still keep it if they can't replace it?.

The rainbows are not on the vinyls or sleeves, it’s just from my stained glass window clings.

Still sealed and has never been opened or used, in the original press (Made in France), I believe it is the marbled press.

There is a rip in the Plastic Vinyl wrapping that came to me delivered directly from the website, there is no markings on the vinyl jacket at all. I can send more photos to those interested.
