Discussion Raw, peeling nose from tissues every time the weather turns, what do you put on it?
.very autumn I get a cold or an allergy flare and my nose turns raw and peeling from all the tissues. This year I'm trying to keep it boring. Lukewarm water only, a thick layer of Aquaphor at night, and in the morning it's better but still flaky under sunscreen.
I tried the beplain Cica PDRN booster on it for a few days because the rest of my face likes it. It felt fine, but I couldn't say whether it did anything or the Aquaphor was just doing the work. I'm also wary of adding anything that could sting.
What do you use on a tissue-raw nose that actually helps by the next morning? Do you go straight to an ointment, or put something lighter underneath first?
