One thing about me…I am always gonna load my 🥗 UP!! And Publix does not skimp when it comes to their salads!!

I ordered their half salad and I only ate half of that because I was so full lol

Ingredients: Chicken Tenders (of course lol), Shredded Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Onions, Banana Peppers, Black Olives, Garlic Pickles, Scallions, Crispy Fried Onions, Blue Cheese Crumbles

Dressing: Oil and Vinegar

When I got home, I sprinkled a little Montreal Steak Seasoning on the lettuce being that I used oil and vinegar. It just adds an extra layer of flavor 😋

Salad has: romaine, cherry tomatoes, avocado, egg, ham & turkey, cucumber, red onion, and cheddar cheese.

Dressing has: avocado oil, spicy mustard, lemon juice and zest, chopped fresh garlic, fresh tarragon, fresh parsley, fresh chives, honey, salt and pepper.

I don't know what I'm doing, but the salad tasted good and made me full so it's pretty aight.

store-bought dressings are getting expensive, so I want to try making my own. I've only tried mixing oil and vinegar so far, but I'd love to find other easy and combinations. Nothing fancy or with a long list of ingredients, just something that tastes good on an everyday salad, What homemade dressing do you keep coming back to?

This came out soooooo good! Base: shaved zucchini ribbons and microgreens. Added avocado, tomato, goat cheese, chives. Dressing: oil, fresh lime juice, honey, salt, more chives. 😋

Roasted a crown of chicken; made the dressing from scratch.

With a vinaigrette of olive oil, shallot vinegar, chili oil, mixed herbs, lemonjuice, salt & pepper and a little bit of honey

Here is a cheesy salad recipe. Leaf salad, tomato, cucumber, emmental grated cheese, onion, blue cheese. Mix these up in the amounts that you like and enjoy

What tahini do you use?

(I do *not* like TJ's version)

Veggies: yellow bell pepper, green olives, green onion, white onion, green beans, cilantro, carrot, cucumber, walnuts, spinach and leftover salad mix all chopped up into teeny tiny pieces

Dressing: olive oil, lemon juice, splash of white wine vinegar, honey and Dijon mustard, salt and pepper and 4 garlic cloves

All stuffed in a warm pita with a slice of pepper jack and side of spicy yellow chili pepper 🌶️

Started with mixing Bulgarian white cheese (sheep's milk)with minced garlic,red onion,green onion bulb, a bunch of fresh herbs, a little olive oil and just a touch roasted garlic toasted sesame oil. Diced grape tomatoes, sliced kalamata olives, extra basil and sage. Dressed with olive oil, red wine vinegar salt and pepper.

Hi, I just wanted to share a salad I've made recently and I've loved it so much.

Ingredients: iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, spring onions, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, radish, mozzarella cheese, bulgur, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds and chikepeas. I have also drizzled some pumpkin seed oil and hot sauce over the salad.

It's pretty high in calories but I still loved it so much

Apples, cheddar, and celery, with slivered almonds and maple Dijon vinaigrette over some celery greens. All found in a typical fall pantry. Add a couple nuggies if ya feelin it 🍂

Today I had another chicken breast salad this time with Romaine, Roasted tomatoes and Feta cheese, The chicken is hiding lol.
