This is my second annual trans punk/riotgrrrl/POC punk music festival called Genderfest, it happens on Nov 14th in brooklyn new york, and my band tricktheriddle is also playing. The lineup features a wide breadth of bands that are hardcore, poppunk, alternative rock, and each one has someone from the communites I mentioned above. If anyone is interested, I've attached the flyer, but I'm proud that the event is happening for a second time, and wanted to share that the punk spirit is alive and well in brooklyn, despite all the gentrification and cosplaying nepobabies. there are still a few of us living as broke artists with someone to stay and spit to throw at a face. f the sellout CBGB festival, i'm glad it was canceled

I had it when I was a kid but now I was able to track down both variants 30 something years later.

It's a good 7" but what a cover! 🤯

This was an amazing show. All the bands were aggressive and fast, and the pit was very chaotic. Hard to see in the video though

So this guy has been traveling the country documenting the punk seen in each city. If you’re looking to discover new music this is worth checking out.
