Hi, I'm a fairly experienced songwriter (I've been writing for almost a year now), but I've never actually been able to make connections to get a song recorded or released. I have dozens of songs drafted out, but as I'm in Running Start (18 credit workload) and the head of several clubs, I'm left with very little time to myself, let alone to network in my community.

I have a song, LOCKDOWN, inspired by a shooting threat made against my school last year (one of two in the same week before winter break), that I really would like to see brought to life, though I know I can't do that myself. I hear it to be very electronic alt-pop, with darker atmospheric elements.

If anyone is interested or has advice for what I'd fully need to do in order to produce this, that would be a lot of help!

We're a group from the pacific northwest with around 200K monthly listeners. Our name is The Good Husbands. We have been actively working on music for the last year in anticipation of a new album which will be released one after the other until the entire album is out.

We would like to collaborate with an electronic artist or artists to release electronic versions of our music for songs off the upcoming album.

We are not asking for free work but rather to potentially help an up and coming electronic artist who would benefit from their name being attached to a larger following on Spotify. Happy to discuss splits on the electronic version of the song. I'm reasonable, I'm not looking to exploit anyone. I am sure whatever you propose I'll likely agree to as long as it's not insane.

The release schedule would look something like this: Song 1 comes out. 2-4 weeks later Electronic remix of said song is also released under both artists' names. The release would appear under both profiles on the DSP. Splits would be entered at time of upload to our distributor. Full accreditation, metadata, etc would be given to the collaborating artist and nothing is released without everyone's approval first.

This would provide mutual exposure for each artist to the other's fan base and hopefully generate new fans and listeners for both artists.

We would also promote the song on our social media with short form content.
