19F, 5'2, 95 pounds, generally healthy except for minor lifetime indigestion/malabsorption from a hernia operation as a baby, a few months ago I experienced high stress and then malabsorption and malnutrition and ever since, I've been trying to eat healthy, keep hydrated and pinpoint what's missing. I dragged through September with muscle pain, then just this month, BOOM everything comes at once, headaches, blood sugar crash when I don't eat, blood pressure change when I stand up, eye pain, thyroid pain (ruled out), neck pain, back pain, wrist and ankle pain, burning feet, pins and needles, peeing every 20 minutes, head feels heavy and like everything is fake, extremely anxious and depressed, my nervous system hyper and speedrunning my digestion process, hair thinning and worse of all I tore both sides of my neck muscles, my leg, back, and chest muscle all this week (that one hurts so bad it hurts my whole torso and back) from doing nothing. I'm dragging like I got hit by a truck and supposed to be on bed rest but I have a sick mom who slaves me around so there's no concern for me. Can't cook, can't clean, can't even shower without ripping something. No concern from medical professionals, went through 3 physicians, went to ER four times and they found no emergencies so "check in with physician" physician is playing around and family members treat me like I'm crazy. everyone shut me down when they learned I had anxiety. "It's just anxiety, take your medicine". Begged for tests and just found out vitamin D is at 19, is that bad? Also I know my magnesium is shit but they already drew my blood 7 times this week. B12, potassium, calcium (calcium is high but good) are all good. I can't find anything on Reddit on anyone else's body tearing up this quickly, it gets worse by the day. Am I in danger?
Plus, should I start 2000 iu & 200 mg magnesium glycinate since my next doctor's appointment is in 3 days? I fear she's gonna test me for the Magnesium and tell me to wait for a week for the results before I can get a better dosage of everything, this will be my third time seeing her just to further express my CONCERN.
