T-Mobile Service Update. Spoiler! Nothing has changed. Waiving service charges. Spoiler
My name is Charly, and I am reaching out regarding your recent correspondence with concerns about your service, and we appreciate you allowing us the opportunity to respond to this matter.
T-Mobile recently made adjustments to its network in portions of Boulder County and surrounding areas to comply with federal regulations related to the Table Mountain Radio Quiet Zone. Unfortunately, these required changes have impacted service in some locations, including areas where customers have experienced difficulties making and receiving calls.
Our engineering teams continue to monitor network performance and make improvements wherever possible to minimize the impact on customers. While we have successfully met the federal requirements, we are still working on long-term solutions to improve coverage and network capacity. These improvements require additional coordination and approval from the federal government before they can be implemented.
Regrettably, we do not have an estimated timeframe for when these improvements will be completed. I understand this is not the answer you were hoping for, and I certainly wish I could provide a more definitive timeline.
That said, I also recognize that you have continued paying for services that have not been working as expected. While I cannot immediately resolve the network concerns, I would like to offer to cover three months of your T-Mobile service charges as a courtesy to help make up for the inconvenience you and your family have experienced.
I know this does not replace the reliable service you deserve, but I hope it demonstrates our commitment to acknowledging your concerns and doing what we can to make things right.
