...you's a b1tch!

I'm pulling random vinyl from my shelves today and haven't listened to this EP from 2008 for years.

It's a great listen end to end. Classic West Coast Living Legend sounds, production by Fat Jack and Raphael Saadiq, guest spots from Ab Rude, Picasso and Scarub.

Reliably top notch lyrics. Good ish right here y'all.

I am happy to have this wonderful album in my collection. A Truly legendary record.

Loved these series when they came out, this one was my favorite probably because it has twice the tracks, definitely prized in my collection

Picked up a grail of mine off Discogs for an insanely good deal. This also mostly completes my El-P collection. Sleeve is a little beat up, but the disc are in great shape.

This reissue missed my radar a few years ago but I’m glad I scored a copy. My cousin had a dub of this back in the 90s when he visited from Memphis. Way ahead of its time!!!

This one’s a personal grail. Best kid to ever rap. Shame his legal troubles derailed his career. A real classic imo.

Only 100 copies were made, $100 each, Directly supporting the Artists.
It’s a dope album. He’s part of a dope collective called Grand Nationxl.
The foam padded boxes used for shipping were the best way I’ve seen records shipped.

Featuring DJ Premier & Kenny Diaz on the production. 2 Dope tracks (imo)

BTTIGTP - 5 Year Anniversary pressing (limited to 2500) & MGGG - Vertigo Vinyl Exclusive (Limited to 250)

I'm super happy to own both of these versions, they look and sound amazing. I've always thought of these as sister albums so to have such cool matching pressings is a nice cherry on top of the fact that these are two of the best experimental hip-hop albums EVER.

I recently came across a box of around 30 American hip-hop records and I'm going through them to see what's worth keeping.

There are some great titles in there, and I'm still deciding what to do with the collection. I've put them all together for a photo.

For those of you who collect 90s and early 2000s hip-hop on vinyl, which records here would be essential keepers?
