Escape the Underworld as Melinoë in Zagreus' Journey, the Hades II DLC you'll never get.
It's finally time, I've just released Zagreus' Journey 1.0 - thank you to everyone who's played the mod while it was in beta, and for all of the positive reception and feedback I've gotten here and on Discord in the past!
Watch the 1.0 Release Trailer for the mod here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rxuTLSPqIEE
The mod has also been officially endorsed by Supergiant Games!
Download the mod here (install instructions are in the description): Zagreus' Journey on Thunderstore
TL;DR: Download r2modman (Manual Download), install it, then find "Zagreus' Journey" on the "Online" tab.
Zagreus' Journey is a mod for Hades II that adds the original route Zagreus took through Tartarus, Asphodel, Elysium and the Temple of Styx in the first game to the sequel.
Escape the Underworld as Melinoë, battle familiar foes and bosses using her unique abilities and weapons, meet Zagreus' old friends, and reconnect with your family's past - all integrated into the main game as if it was always there: Naturally progress through the new biomes, unlock new incantations to perform, reveal and complete new Minor Prophecies, forge bonds with NPCs in familiar and new locations, collect over 30 new resources to spend on new cosmetics and music, and test your skills with new Testaments, Chaos Trials and in Dream Dives.
Here's a list of highlighted mod features:
I want to thank everyone who's used the mod while it was still in beta, and especially those of you who've left bug reports and feedback on Discord and GitHub.
I also want to acknowledge that I know some of you had issues with mods (and Zagreus' Journey in particular) causing issues after Supergiant released Post-Launch Patch 2 - without going into details, the patch was much larger and substantial than we anticipated in the community, which could cause crashes for some people even with mods seemingly disabled.
But I'm happy to share that we've since updated a lot of the tools that we use, and now mods will be entirely separate from your install, meaning that no matter what, you will always be able to play vanilla Hades II without issues, and without needing to disable or manually uninstall anything.
And to also pre-empt some other potential questions:

Got everything you could wish for. lvl 11 cast with mirage shot (glitched so it does +100% dmg instead) with rush delivery +1 cast and + 150% cast dmg with a 10% crit chance of 4.5x dmg

I had gathered 3 Titan's Blood and traded one for a load of Gemstones, before I realized that the blood is a limited resource you get from beating meg with a new weapon.
I didn't realize it had any use besides trade before I saw people talking about it on this sub. Is there any way to get more blood or can you only get one per weapon? I still haven't unlocked the use for the blood, I just know there is one

If you get killed (and then DD) by Theseus's spear throw and kill him at the same time, the spear will just keep floating there without Theseus to pick it up. Just a funny little glitch (or maybe just an oversight) that I accidentally stumbled upon.

I've been going through this game now for the past few weeks. Trying to just unlock the final statue and I was breezing through most challenges till I started trying to do 24 fear at the surface. Took about 10 tries but finally beat it, but I found the general recommendations for oaths really didn't sit well with me. Also any close combat weapon was extremely difficult to manage.
I then started trying Staff of Circe (hadn't used it before) and on my first run, I died at Typhon cause I had the forfeit vow and got only 3 boons and no cast the entire run, lol. But I was like, I got to Typhon with no boons, crazy. Re-ran with it again, made sure to turn off the forfeit vow this time. I also turned off the time vows, I don't get people recommending that cause it makes it near impossible with hordes and stronger enemies.
Staff of Circe, Gale, with like 5 Hestia boons that cause massive scorch damage was incredible. Typhon just melted. Never needed to use one death defiance.
I've also come to appreciate hexs which I hated at first. Upgraded, they can be game changers. I enjoy raising a slain enemy to fight for you one the most.
Now to finish the 32 fear for the underworld!

I really really love Theseus. I like his character and I
think he is hilarious and fun to fight against because he
so consistently has a different move set due to all the gods giving him boons that work in differing ways. But I see alot of the Fandom dislikes him. And I was wondering if it was genuine dislike or one of those random wide jokes. But I also like Eris and really dislike Nemesis. So maybe I just like people who are funny and mean. I know it doesn't really matter but im nosey.

Explanation:
Made a small thought experiment on how well each aspect would fit into hades 1's mechanics with the old cast, call, double dash and lack of omegas.
S:
Weapons that would go smoothly into 1
Mel staff: Already feels like hades 1 dash striking into specials and absolutely no reliance on omegas.
Mel axe: Aspect of arthur is just this
Medea: Very much fits the theme of loading casts in hades 1 and would feel at home with the added mobility maybe making 1 dash with 50% dodge viable
Than axe: kind of like a mix of arthur and hades spear with a charge attack that has crit chance based on hitless
A:
Weapons that would need a few tweaks but are nearly perfect
Mel coat: A mix between the bull rush of the shield and the fists basic attack. would be an interesting pair. to make up for no sprinting maybe an extended dash range?
Nyx coat: Rather than rushing into enemies it could be dahing through them etc. otherwise unchanged from mel's coat
Supay: with more good dash boons supay would be very intersting with the auto attack and +30% dmg could even rival gilgamesh for dash runs
Hel: very fast attacks would feel at home. Make the special no longer charged but like shield bouncing around and while it is in the air you attack in valkyrie mode
Mel Daggers: I would keep everything the same but make the attack animations cancel out of dashes like other hades 1 weapons to make it more dash attackable
B:
One or two flaws but otherwise fine
Nergal: Nergal is guan yu done right give it a spear like charged attack and it would do fine. The omega special being remvoed would be an issue that i can't think of a solution right now.
C:
Not so smooth anymore but still believable enough
Pan daggers: This would fit perfectly into hades 1 if not for the cast shaped elephant in the room. I've thought of a few solutions cast lodged = homing. but feels too much like chiron. unique casts like beowulf but at that point it is a bit too far.
D:
One or two things that make them redeemable
Artemis: Crits are much more prevavlent into hades 1 which makes it seem alright but much too reliance on omegas for the parry system
Persephone: The pom gimmick fits right in everything else doesn't
Makes no sense:
well makes no sense
General reasons: Too many of these rely way to much on omegas that can't be turned into charged attacks or special like bull-rush or they are just cast related.

Got the credits roll already. Does it really take that long to see the boons and be able to pin what build i want? Lastly, how to get it?

I tried and I failed not even a lvl 11 doom special and a lvl 8 impending doom with dire misfortune could help.

I have done 75 runs and still haven't escaped, but i reached Hadès 15+ times and I finished the mirror with all purple skills, not orange, excepted stubborn defiance which is orange.
Now i also take the tooth of thados keepsake for elyseum because I die between 1 and 2 times versus the heroes. It lets me either 1 or 2 death defiance versus Hades ( I usually don't die another time).
Now, with 3 death defiance, I'd keep between 2 and 3 death defiance, but my only run with 3 death defiance, I lost the 3 and the 1 keepsake before even meeting Hades.
Which one should I take, death defiance (3) or stubborn defiance (1/chamber) ?
P.S. I don't speak english very good, sorry !

I have beat both main bosses lots of times. Like 7+ each. I was trying to research online and I simply don’t get it… is there a simple explanation step by step how to get this?

Pretty much the title. I just had the weirdest Rama run in Hades 1. Throughout the entire run I wasn't offered any hammer rewards. And no, I didn't overlook them, they just didn't appear. I didn't go to the shop instead, no hidden room rewards from Chaos that made me miss them. Just... no hammer at all. I thought being offered the hammers at some point was a certainty?

In Hades 1 , there is a unique interaction that if Zagreus romances both Thanatos and Megeara you well... will enter a (I think it's called polycule?) relationship
Does something like this exist in Hades 2?
