I went to see a sick Zeppelin cover band Nico Suave and The Mothership last night at a small local venue in Vermont. I saw them back in 2022, so I figured it would be a fun Friday night for me and a buddy.

They started with rock and roll, and anyone who knows Zeppelin knows that drum intro. As I turned from the bar I was like "damn okay this drummer is tight let's go!"

I looked again at the drummer, and then again, and fuck me, it was Cotter!!! I had completely forgotten this machine of a man was part of the Mothership.

3 hours later, I returned to earth after being graced with a drum solo from him, among a million other things worth praising about the band.

Said a quick hello after the show and shared my praise - he was just chillin at the bar moments after closing the show; I still couldn't really believe it. How humble of him to just be a part of his old gig with absolutely 0 flair. it was amazing to watch as both a huge goose fan and a fellow drummer.

Anyways, felt the need to share that you never know what you'll get with a $15 ticket!

Find me at Goosemas for some treats!

We'll be there Thursday afternoon through Sunday morning.

I went a little overboard - I've seen 97 DMB shows from 2006-2014, and a dozen Pigeons Playing Ping Pong shows. Went to Central Park this past summer for my first Goose show, even though I've been watching on nugs for the last couple years. I learned real quick that this community is just as awesome as the Flock - everyone took us in like we'd been going to shows for years.

This is our way of giving back.

Designs are in the photos - I have 100 of each sticker and 50 pins.

Slap for slap, or just ask if you see me walking around with a Goosemas Story string bag

I love just about every Goose song Bob Don rocks in a way like no other. Feckin beautiful.

Join fellow fans & art vendors in Kansas City, MO for a pre-party before night 2 of this run! A quick drive, walk or ride on the free KC Streetcar for Goose at The Midland Theater. See ya there!

I’ll be rooting for the Brew Crew so we can ride the coattails of a sweet World Series celebration! Giving away these slaps at the Milwaukee run if I see ya there 👋

EDM buddy wants a untz jam.. he knows nothing about goose.. preferably one I can send from YouTube or Spotify?

Thanks!

I realize I'm several years late on this, but I'd love to watch the entirety of the Bingo Tour, not just the "movie" version. Is there any way to do this? I can still see the videos listed on https://www.liveone.com/live-events/event/lfot-goose-bingo-tour but there doesn't seem to be any way to actually play them.

I am unable to use my Goosemas tickets this year, work made it impossible to get down there for the show. I was looking to try and sell or give them to my buddy if he wanted them. but Ticket Master has made it so I can’t even transfer them to my friend. Does anyone else have this issue with their Goosemas tickets? Do I need to just wait till December and hope I can get rid of them?

The more AutoTune the better.

Didn’t know coach was Jebs dad. Crazyyy.

Holy smokes!

I CANNOT WAIT TO HAVE MY FACE MELTED 3 SEPARATE TIMES. NEXT MONTH NEEDS TO HURRY UP.

that is all

hometown coffee x Gooooooose 🤘Take my money

I love when they're on a roll and someone yelps. It means something good is about to pop off. Give me your favorites for this Friday where I'm stuck on spreadsheets and need music...

I need something to get excited about

Thanks for all the feedback on the Goose lyric game a couple weeks ago. A few of you said everyone gets it first try, so:

• Clue 1 is now a deep-cut line instead of the obvious one
• Missed a day? You can play the last week’s puzzles
• The timer now says what it means: it counts down to tomorrow’s puzzle
• Added Phish, Widespread Panic and Grateful Dead puzzles

One lyric, three guesses, every miss shows another line. Free, no signup:

The Hayden Homes - Bend, OR set from 8/22 may just be my favorite set of the whole year. It has so many of my favorite songs but the appreciation for I Would Die 4 U that I have now is insane. I can’t help but to dance every time it comes on. It’s sandwiched by So Ready and GT//ET and then flows into Empress. Just has a little something for everyone. Don’t really post here often but I was inspired, and if it brings one person over to that set then I did my job. Keep on honking gang.

Heading up for the weekend can’t wait to be back in Milwaukee! I know i’ll be at Brat House majority of the weekend but would def love to check out after shows or a flodown!

Curious was the group has to say. Sometimes Flodown gets lost in the shuffle for me and then it comes back and I remember how much I love it. RCMH and Capitol Theatre (I’m pretty sure Cotter’s first show) really stand out to me.
