Should we expect this to be shipped today or does that happen tomorrow for those who gamelocked it?
Preordered and received no code for AC0. Their response was simply that they have no codes. wth?? Anyone else?

Loving the game-specific stickers they’ve been sending out. Both of these games are bangers btw highly recommend each of them

I've used the service for a decade or so and have had zero issues with it, aside from the occasional slow shipment. It will be a sad day when they stop doing business but it seems inevitable at this point.
I'd guess they will announce their final year around the time PS6 gets announced but what do I know.

I have mw4 game-locked, and I'm supposed to ship back my current game sometime between October 16 and October 21. The issue is that the game that was shipped to me on October 8 has not been received.
I'm unsure whether I should report it as not received. I don't want a replacement copy to be sent because that might prevent me from receiving the game I currently have game-locked.
What should I do?

I had Star Wars Galactic Racers ship out today, just in time to be able to Gamelock Zelda.

I just noticed that there's no option to set the website to dark mode anymore. Why was dark mode removed? I loved dark mode! 😢

Hey I’ve been a member since march of last year and since then there has been 2 lost Nintendo switch games and 3 ps5 games. I’m worried if they keep losing them my membership might get cancelled. There’s an office nearby but it’s a 30minute walk. I hate that the games are going lost, so does USPS end up paying them for the lost mail? I’ve shipped them all back except for the 2 switch games, I never ended up getting those. What should I do. I think I might go to the office and return it there to see if that makes a difference. In the last house I was in they always got my games the same week I’ve sent it back, but I never ended up getting those 2 switch games. In my new house, I live closer to downtown, I always have to report a shipping problem after a week, but that wasn’t the case in my old house.

How long when your guys free trial shipping ? So far been awful :/ game shipped out Sept 15, and it is Sept 24 and it hasn't arrived yet. Mail hasn't came yet today so if it doesn't come I guess I have to make it as lost
Was wondering how free trial was for you guys and if this is normal for a paying membership
Also on a free trial, can you not upgrade to a multi-game plan and pay?

It would have been nice if I actually got the game I’ve been waiting a month for first though.

We recently moved and one of my kids wanted to try out Gamefly to rent a PS5 game and apparently because a previous renter had gamefly, they closed their account.... Wonder how business is going to go for them when Playstation stops making disk....

I wanted to rent Hyrule Warriors Age of Calamity before my trial expires. I swore it was available before but I didnt add it to my Q because there was another game I wanted to make sure I played first. Now I sent my other game back and went to add it to my Q and its unavailable. Is there any chance it will be available again soon? Why do games become unavailable?

Like the title says. I signed up for the free trial and was curious how long gamefly will take to process my first in q.

I’m currently having trouble keeping up with payment. I just received an email saying that my GameFly account may be canceled. I won’t be able to pay until the middle of the month. My payment was due August 29th. Will I still be able to use GameFly since my payment is 2 weeks late

Having trouble connecting to GameFly app and website. Anyone else having this issue?

When I put the game in my PS5 to install it, I was surprised to see that it included the Heritage Pack pre-order bonus! Never had that happen before. I guess anyone with an early copy of the game gets it automatically, so shout out to Gamefly for shipping the game quickly! 👍🏻

I was shipped a game on Monday the 17th which never arrived and on Wednesday the 19th on a two game plan. I didn’t receive any games last week which was disappointing given I’m in NJ and I usually get them in 3-4 days to play over the weekend.
On Monday the 24th I got the game from the 19th. I didn’t like the game much and got tired of it after a playing a few hours so I mailed it back and did a self return for it that night. On Tuesday the 25th I got no game on the mail so I reported the game from the 17th lost and it changed to being investigated. Then since one game got lost and was being investigated, I upgraded my plan to the three games to get two games this week while I Gamefly sorts out what happens with the lost game. I had two empty game spots on the 25th after the upgrade, one from my self return and one from my plan upgrade, then Gamefly spent one on a new game from my Q and the other resending me the same game that got lost which still didn’t arrive today 27th. So at the end of the 25th, I had no games at home, 2 just shipped. So where did my third game go?
I decided to contact support around noon on the 26th after seeing no changes to my account on the morning to try to get a game shipped in the afternoon, my only chance to get third game by Saturday, otherwise I wasted one slot a whole week. I got a cookie cutter response that next game ships in 24-48 hours based on availability and deliver in 2-5 days. Meanwhile my account is still messed up and not showing 3 active slots.
Availability? My Q has 8 games. 24-48 hours from what? I self returned the one of the games on Monday, 24-48 hours later means game ships on Wednesday, otherwise self returned is not cutting my “turnaround time in half!” as it took 2-3 days for automatic scans to get the next title shipped most of the times. Third slot is brand new so it should not have to wait 24-48 hours. The only remaining slot is the game that got lost which makes no sense to add a 24-48 hours delay to resend it after Gamefly shipped it who knows where. They have the scans, tell me when and where it last scanned. All the investigation did was add it as lost to my account and resend me the game. If the game was resent as a replacement, why is the same game taking two of my slots? I am being punished for the mail’s mistake. There is no valid reason third game did not ship on Tuesday or Wednesday and still didn’t ship today Thursday, even after I contacted support to ask where is my third game and was ghosted.
Most of the time Gamefly had done a decent job even with shipping delays here and there but this week Gamefly totally dropped the ball. My account is borked and support won’t fix it and I now spent two weeks plus of rental slot on a game that I can go and buy new right now to keep for $20 and my membership is supposed to renew in 2 weeks at $35/month for a 3 game plan I get two games at a time from? Unreal.

Planning on preordering a game that seems to have a unique case with GameFly. Anyone got any experience with how good or bad GameFly is?
