I thought enough items and monsters in the game had an ability with "each time you/this deal/takes damage" for this to introduce more interesting interactions.

Would this genuinely make the game worse?

me and my friend were playing for the first time and i only own requiem for now so we played with it and he got handicapped and he couldn't die because of it so why is the card considered bad? it says remove x from evasion x being your soul number - the highest soul number a player has

First, when you play as The Lost, do you start with one soul? If not, why is there a +1 soul icon in the bottom right corner of the card?

Second, his starting item is Holy Mantle. When a card says "choose a player", can I choose myself?

Am I going to get the headless horseman promo or the monstro promo when my product actually ships? Or am I not going to get either?

Situation: I rolled a 5 and killed Wrath. Then I roll for its death effect and get a 6. What happens?

In my understanding, when a monster dies, it goes to temporary zone, death effects resolve, and then reward is paid. But what if reward is interrupted by a new effect on the stack that cancels all actions? If I don’t get the reward, is its death cancelled and it stays in place, or does it go to the discard?

Can someone help me and explain how all of this works from the stack perspective?

so,recently i bought this lost plush all because of the free headless horseman card,but after i finished the purchase i was searching about shipping and how long it takes to certain places bc would be good to i know how long it takes to get into my country (Brazil) and in this page my country js dont show up and i didn't find much ppl talking about the international shipping (Bedsides the cost that omg yes it is very high is literaly tripled the price of the plush) but im a little bit worried about this

Curious, in a game with my wife tonight I ended up with both these cards and only 3¢, which one of these would proc first ? Would I end the turn with 6¢ or 0¢?

...and it was the craziest game I think I'll ever see.

I had persuaded my gf and a friend of mine to learn Four Souls (and also i had to relearn the game myself), so the match was very scuffed. We kept forgetting certain passive effects (like Mega Satan, who was literally one of the starting monsters, and so he kept getting covered and also we completely ignored his passives until very late game), my gf kept disconnecting and it was all chaotic in general... But the finale was absolutely insane...

After I finally remembered that Mega Satan exists, I immediately drew a Mega Bomb. I used it to kill my gf's character and then attacked my friend (thanks to Mega Satan): First roll - hit; second roll - miss but i tapped my character and used a soul heart on myself; third roll - miss but then i remembered I have Tape Worm, which killed my friend and thus made me the only alive player. I then promptly ended my turn, which (thanks to Mega Satan again) made me the winner.

And that's not all, my friend was one soul away from victory, meanwhile i had only one soul plus I was also cursed with Curse of Loss and Curse of Soulless. If Mega Satan wasn't there, I wouldn't be able to win.

Does any one know when the Unboxing Mewgenics box is coming out? I am excited for the Mewgenics themed 4 souls cards

TL;DR: Long time owner of 5+ years, first time player of 3 weeks ago or so. We play online, this asshole (friend's character) in combination with having to fight Harbingers(+Beast) turn 4 until the game ended, resulted in an hour of pretty much no meaningful input from me at all.

I get that's kinda the nature of the game sometimes, but this felt excessive. Friend and I both love this game but I worry he'll get bored if games are generally too lop-sided. Nerf or ban? Any other cards I should be made aware of?

Yes yes dear diary today I had a skill issue if you guys do that over here too. Yes I lost. I lost miserably. I ended with even less resources than I started with, wild stuff. I understand that chance games do be chance games, but Dark Judas felt like such an amazingly powerful ramp character that my lowly Isaac never stood a chance. At the end of the day we play for fun, but we want it to be a bit more even-sided.

If it is relevant, yes we homebrew a mulligan mechanic for characters up to two times if you start with someone you don't like. While I have you here, does anyone know if the newer sets will be added to the official TTS board? Me and my buddy have been searching for answers to no avail.

Title. There seems to be so many versions of the game that it's confusing me. From what I can see, the ultimate edition would be the best option since it should include everything but then I hear there is Kickstarter versions which then leads me to being more confused since at a glance they seem indentical outside of what seems like extra cards. The Kickstarter versions are what I'm seeing on Ebay.

Anyone got any advice if I should just buy the ultimate edition from the website or try to see if I can get the Kickstarter version on Ebay for a similar price if possible?

if you play as Eden and pick an item that would destroy itself (i.e. R key, divorce papers, mama mega, etc.), would it still be destroyed?

And apparently so has everyone else, though most of them are web (or phone app?) based. This one is a regular desktop application type of video game.

This game is meant to truly emulate the experience of playing The Binding of Isaac: Four Soul in real life. Its a 3D environment with real 3D physical cards, a 3D simulated dice that gets thrown around, and 3D coins you can watch pile up. (Did I mention its 3D?)

The game fully manages all systems for you, including priority. It is impossible to cheat (other than the host actually hacking their game) and all abilities and complex interactions between them are (near) perfectly handled automatically by the game. The game is designed to specifically follow the official rules to the letter while still giving a smooth and fluid user experience.

  • There is exactly zero AI generated code in this game. The creation of the table surface texture and button texture was AI assisted, but that's it.
• Will you have online matchmaking?
  • Assuming I end up distributing the game, eventually yes.
• Will you have all official cards?
  • Yes
• Will there be custom card support?
  • Yes, with a built in custom card builder and, if the game can be on Steam, workshop support for said custom cards.
• Will it be free?
  • Maybe, I'm not sure yet. I've spent a lot of time to create what feels liked a real, polished video game product. If I were to charge money for it, even a small amount, that would mean more resources with which to continue developing the game. That said, it may ultimately be the case that making the game free is the only way to distribute it. Above all else, I want other people to be able to play and enjoy this game, so that is my top priority.

As of right now, I mostly making this post in hopes of drawing attention to the game so I can get in contact with Edmund himself. As I state in the video, I don't feel comfortable distributing this without his approval since it is his game. A player has "The Left Hand" and its effect activates immediately upon death. Is this possible or not because they die instantly?

Hey all. I’m new to Four Souls & new to MTG-type TCGs in general so I’m still learning to understand the wording on these cards.

From what I understand so far, another player can’t just declare an attack while it’s someone else’s turn. So how would a player declare an attack on an active player’s turn? Would the effect of this card only apply if someone outside the active player is forced to fight somehow through another card’s effect?

These supposedly shipped on the 8th of September. Tracking hasn’t updated since the 15th… i am worried these might never arrive.

Gfuel support won’t respond, and the missing gfuel promo that shipped separately didn’t arrive either.

Anyone else on a similar situation? Did you receive your promos?

I might be worrying over nothing, but no tracking updates in almost a month is really worrying.
