Any one know what bass it is?

Killer night here in OKC thanks to them, got an encore of 3 more songs after they were done with their set. Got to fist bump Quannic and had a great time with my girlfriend.. 14/10 concert experience.

As mentioned in my previous post, I would like to start this song discussion post series. I am starting with Fantastic Planet as it's their most "popular" album and we see which album to do next.

______________________________

You may write what ever you feel about the song or answer some of the few questions below:

1. What's your opinion of the song?

2. What emotion/mental imagery does it invole in you ?

3. What's your favorite part of the song?

4. Do you think the song overrated or underrated?

5. What do you rate it from 1 to 10?

FYI: this idea was inspired by the series of posts by u/melancholicDK in r/boardsofcanada

I wish they’d play more of it on the Rising Skyline tour. I’m seeing them tonight in OKC, maybe we get a song or two. Half Moon is such a great closing track. Anyone else feel the same?

Edit: forgot to add that I think the album cover is cool as shit as well.

Does anyone have 2 tickets to tonight’s show they’re willing to sell? Been looking everywhere but can’t find anything pls let me know im desperate and have been looking everywhere but can’t find anything

Hey fellow Failure fans,

I've come across "Daily song discussion" posts in a couple of other artists fan subreddits. I was wondering if there would be any interest in having this sort of a thing in this sub. Helps keep the sub alive in some sort of way.

This was my first time seeing Failure live and it was just how I imagined it would be, phenomenal.

What are the chances of us getting another concert movie for this tour? Has there been anything said?

Also, is there anywhere that We Are Hallucinations is still available?

My son (age 12) and I are huge music fans, he accompanies me on almost all of the shows that I go to (and I'm proud that a kid his age from his generation appreciates a variety of music genres and venues). We attended The Met/Rhode Island show and my son took this quick video during his favorite song to share with other fans (we were in the ADA section so there are some obstructions, but honestly it didn't bother us because The Met is an intimate venue where you can really just take in the music and forget about life for a bit, wish there were more great venues out there like this one).

At the end of the show I asked my son what he thought and he said "other than when we saw Beck this is my new favorite concert" (and Beck is pretty amazing so I think Failure is in good company and that this was a high compliment lol). We were absolutely blown away by the amount of sheer talent on the stage (Ken's voice, Greg's bass, those Kellii drums! were all major highlights), and if they tour again in the area there's no way we're going to miss it. Much like is said in their documentary, Failure is just a very special, important band. We're fortunate that they beat their demons, found each other again, and that they're still out there putting out quality, multilayered music. These three truly create magic together.

If anyone else has any photos/videos from the show we'd love to see them (the band generally posts photos and videos the day or two after their shows but I didn't see them post about this stop on the tour, I hope they had a good time because literally everyone in the room sure did lol).

Been a fan of them for 10+ years so obviously I'm aware of how talented everyone in the band is; but that being said Kellii was on another level entirely tonight. Dude was HAMMERING the drums and went through a few drum sticks in the process. Amazing show all around. Probably my 3rd or 4th favorite concert of all time.

If so, see you there!

Any other Oklahomies here in cyber-spacerock land going to the Beer City show this weekend? Any Texans making the pilgrimage up from the Big D and skipping out that bloated metal festival the band is playing at Texas Motor Speedway? Saw Tripping Daisy at Beer City last year. It is a pretty decent little venue and they had great sound, though pretty sure the keyboard player eq'd the room during soundcheck as opening act did sound a bit muddled in comparison.

For those that have been to one of the recent 2026 shows, what time has Failure been taking the stage? Thanks!

I have a ticket for tonight’s show that I’m looking to get rid of if anybody is looking to go! A buddy of mine can no longer attend. Just message me or leave a comment. Thanks!

Hayley Williams North America tour ended on Oct 12th and the South America tour doenst begin till November 9th. she is back home in Tennessee likely. Which is a 2ish hour drive from Kentucky where Failure makes a stop on the tour tonight.
there is also
Oct 30th is the last show on the Failure tour and its in LOS Angeles, which usually gets alot of guest appearances at concerts.
Do you all think there is a possibility she makes an appearance to debut the live performance of The Rising Skyline with Ken on one of these 2 shows?
They already performed together last year but for a cover of Daylight. i think this show we see the debut live performance this tour .

I’ve been waiting to hear some of these songs live for the better part of 30 years, and holy hell, they did not disappoint. I’ve never heard kick and bass hit me in the chest like that before, the whole show was visceral and fiery. Happy ears ringing tonight.

I did some searching and found that some people say the venue contacted them, but I wanted to post again to get better visibility.

I have VIP tonight for Louisville, but I haven't heard anything yet.
I reached out to the venue via their contact form.
I'm driving on from Cincinnati and the big orange asshole is coming to town today, so Im trying to plan my timing.

Is it always from the venue, or sometimes from the band?
I wish this were run a little better.

Hopefully someone else going tonight has VIP as well and can comment if they have more details or DM me. Thanks!

A friend of mine is sick and can't go so he's giving away his ticket. He just needs a name to put the ticket in.

It feels like you can’t leave the house without spending $100 these days. Everywhere you turn prices are jacked up to extract every last penny of profit. But last night, surrounded by hundreds of people with equally exceptional taste in music, I had the time of my life for 40 freakin dollars. In 2026. I can’t even fill my gas tank for that right now.

Greg, Kellii, Ken - thank you. I would’ve paid 3 times as much to see you guys without hesitation. But for the first time in a long time there was no shareholder profits, no price gouging, just an incredible night seeing an amazing band play my favorite songs. It is so appreciated.
