This is the post for all invoice/payment questions for payment of work in September(and before).
Reminder: Workers have a reasonable expectation that Appen should ensure amounts owed for September work start appearing on the website in the first week of October, with payment mid-month. Payments are supposed to be for all work up to the end of September. But as many of us still remember, Appen has a history of letting deadlines slip so this thread is to keep an eye on this as the month progresses.
Some users continue to report not receiving payment until after the 21st of the month. Let's keep an eye on this. We need to be paid mid-month and Appen should honour this.
Appen has a history of attempting to "move the goalposts" in messaging, for example by pushing the message that they "initiate payments" mid month, whereas previously many of us were used to money arriving in our accounts mid-month and now it appears to be regularly delayed, increasing anxiety for workers. Let's keep an eye on this too.

I was born in Brazil and lived here throughout my entire life. But Appen's new vibe-coded AI "interviewer" deemed, within 3 minutes, that my Brazilian Portuguese is not good enough, somehow.
So now I've lost the opportunity to apply to not one, but multiple projects I'd been invited to. It seems like they're slapping this AI assessment garbage in every project they open now.

PT-Brazil here. I need to do the Calibration assessment to enter the Poliwag project and they said I should wait for the Maven Welcome E-mail... However I already have a Maven account due to my work with other projects, I previously worked on other projects with Maven. Maven used to automatically log in but the system seems to have forgotten my e-mail because I'm unable to log in again and when I try to use the "Forget Your Password" system, it gives me an error message.
Has anyone who also worked before with Maven faced the same problem? I'm not sure if they're gonna send me this Welcome E-mail since I was already there, it looks like the platform is really confused. Should I wait? It's a separate account from the other projects? Idk, help lol

I received an email today that I have been invited to project poliwag swahili translation for Kenya, i clicked apply and now it says it the qualification process. If I click continue with this application it says 7/7. Is there anything that am missing? Since I passed everything and the maven part has disappeared.

Got an invitation to join Microsoft Teams on behalf of Appen.
I now have realized that my microsoft account is a personal account, so I don't see any community or anything.
Tried multiple ways from incognito, from the desktop app, from multiple browsers. I still can't get access to the community.
Help me out please.
