so i was recommended motorola 70 edge and oppo reno 15 fs. both were said to be very solid phones for their price. ive heard motorola has a way better processor, but has weak battery compared to oppo. so how's it, which one would be generally better to buy?

i use my phone for music, daily normal use like texting and checking information, occasional rpg gaming, and during trips i tend to take a lot of photos during the day and check gps so i suppose battery would be important

I’m currently using T-Mobile and my primary cell provider has refused to give me the PIN number, so I’m unable to keep the phone number Ive been using for years. I read that T-Mobile saves a number for 45-90 days but will this apply for my situation?? I have a new phone with a new number arriving in a couple of days and it’s already been hooked up to a different cell service (not T-Mobile) and I’m wondering how I can retrieve my current number and transfer it to the new one, if that’s possible. My phone cellular service is canceled in a few days, do I have to make this switch (if possible) in the next few days or will this apply to the 45-90 day window?

It might be a stupid question, but I have to ask.

I bought a Nothing Phone 4a and selected 5G as preferred network. I noticed that the status bar always showed 4G+ so I went to my provider and told them. They gave me a new SIM, but that didn't do anything. Then, I found online that I would have to send an SMS for it to be enabled, so I did it. I got an answer saying that my device is not supported by my provider. Is there something I could potentially do? Can I ask from providers to support the device?

One of our herders allegedly stole 20 of our goats last weekend. He returned from the field with all 20 goats missing and claimed that he had been tied to a tree by the people who stole the goats. He also claimed that they had taken his cellphone.

A few days later, he disappeared along with our other worker, who knew him personally. After asking around, we managed to find a friend of theirs, who told us that the two men had been complaining about their salaries, saying that they were being paid too little.

Both men are Sotho and come from Lesotho.

We have reported the matter to the police, but unfortunately, we haven't received much assistance so far. We are based in the Midlands area of Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

A few months ago, I bought one of the workers a cellphone. He gave me the money to purchase it because I am often in town, and he left the phone's box behind. The phone is registered in my name, and the SIM card is also registered under my name.

We still have the phone's box and its IMEI number. I would like to know whether there is anyone who can help us trace the phone using its IMEI and possibly assist in locating the people involved.

Any advice, assistance, or information on the proper channels to follow would be greatly appreciated. 🙏🏾

Don't buy it if the cost is nowhere near that price. They are the Buy and Sell scammers who got the iphone at a joke price. Just read the post to know more about how they can even do this.

PS: si wife is may long brown hair color na payat with bottom teeth braces, no upper teeth braces and taller than her husband. So my mom was shopping on ebay for a phone and came across a phone that said "Will not connect with any network as these are only to be used with a wi-fi connection. " The phone is being shipped from Korea, but it says it has a SIM card. My questions are:

1. Is such a thing actually possible or legal to sell? My second guess on this is that it was stolen or bricked somehow and that's why you can't connect it to a network

2. If you bought it, would it be possible to get it connected to a network afterwards?
