PSA About the Goliath incident

In respect to the people affected by this incident, there will be a zero tolerance policy for anyone creating new posts about it, and anyone who shares or posts the on ride photo will be banned immediately no questions asked. When more official information comes out regarding what happened I will allow those posts but as of right now everything is pure speculation.

Common Questions

Will is be busy on xyz day?

Yes, probably. Canada's Wonderland is one of the only theme parks near the GTA with millions of visitors every year. If its the summertime, it will be busy.

If your looking for a quieter day:

  • Avoid days with fireworks.
  • Mid week days in May/June are usually quieter.
  • if the weather sucks it should be quiet.
  • check Queue Times or Thrill Data for more info.

Is Wonderland open today?

Check here to find out.

What's the weather like today? / Is it going to rain today?

We're not meteorologists. Check the weather network.

Is my fastlane pass also an admission ticket?

No. You must also buy a standard admission ticket to enter the park.

Is fastlane worth it for this xyz day?

Maybe. No one knows how busy the park is without being there. If you only plan on going to Canada's Wonderland once a season, it's probably worth the money.

Where can i purchase the thrill seeker bundle?

Here.

07/26/2025 edit: The thrill seeker bundle is no longer available.

Where do i redeem my fastlane?

The fast lane redemption station is located to the right of the main entrance turnstiles. That's the only place to redeem your fast lane.

Can i share my fastlane with other people?

No, each rider must have a pass.

Leviathan and Behemoth

Does anybody know if Levi and Behemoth opened today? I heard some rumours that they were going to open this weekend but haven’t heard anything yet. I want to know because I want to go this weekend and buy fast lane plus but I want it to be worth it. If you went to the park today please let me know :)

Bring a friend and haunt

I got a free bring a friend pass when I renewed my gold pass for the 2027 season. It has no conditions listed anywhere except that it’s for 2026. Does that mean I can use it this Friday for the haunt? Has anyone else gotten this?

Halloween Haunt 2026

My husband and I went to Halloween haunt tonight for the first time ever. We must say the actors and scarers were amazing! You guys truly spooked us and knew how to keep the scare going. We’ve heard it used to be “scarier”. But neither of us love horror stuff so this was a good level for us 😝

It got us thinking what is the process of being on the scare team? Do you have to audition? Are you guys aspiring actors? Or do you guys work at wonderland in the summer?

We were just totally curious! Would love to hear from some of you!

To the actors

I went to the haunt for the first time yesterday and I have to give shout out to all of the actors. It was really fun.

And extra to the conjuring actors. I love that series and I left that one giddy! The total commitment to the presentation. Damn fun time.

Round of applause to all of you!

Thank you so much.

Haunt rant

I have a slight rant about haunt. The one house before demons of the deep (I forgot the name) was so bad because of how dark it was. There was one point where 2 actors were trying to scare me but I couldn’t see them so it wasn’t scary and I had to ask them to move so that I wouldn’t bump into them. I felt so bad because they were trying so hard but me and everyone around was just upset that we couldn’t see the set or the costumes, any story that was being told was erased because we were just looking at a room with no lights. Slightly more lighting like the rest of the houses had would have made the house so much better. Like it doesn’t need to be fully bright but atleast let me see everyone’s hard work.

What is supposed to go in this benefits spot under add-on in the season pass details? Is that where your single-use fast pass and discounts show up?

November 1st crowd

Hey yall! Just wondering has anyone been on the last day of the season? I was thinking of going but I’m not sure if a bunch of people crowd in for the last day of the season or if it’s pretty dead.

How do you commute?

I don’t drive so I usually carpool with a friend, but they moved back home for a little while. I don’t like to pay $50 for uber and the transit from Scarborough takes 2.5 hours!

Are they any other options for a solo rider commuting?

Half the rides here on a Saturday night are not working or out of service! Totally making the lines for every other ride WAY longer…

Can’t count on 2 hands the # of rides that are out of service.

It’s ridiculous that the “lantern” zones don’t work half the time.

I’m just venting here but this is the second year in a row where the lantern triggers only work at half the locations.

Maybe some of you have had a better experience, but the fact they charge so much for these things and I have to sit and watch my kids get disappointed year after year when they don’t work at half the spots is pretty damn cringe.

I hope in the future they spend a bit more time on quality control of this haunts “feature”.

Rant over.

I know it’s not usual to post fanart here BUTTTTT

I humanized the AlpenFury a year ago before it opened and gave him the name ‘Aspen Fierce’. He’s meant to be 1/4 dragon, which this concept of mine was way introduced before I found out the mountain goat was the symbolism for the coaster itself and I guess I decided to keep it. but he IS 2/4 mountain goat, and 1/4 a magical anthropomorphic creature~ ✨

today, I decided to redesigned him today and I’m very happy on how his new design looks!! :) 💗

bonus 2nd picture: #healing 🥹 im sorry i had to hshshhsh

Halloween

I’ve never been on Halloween. Does anyone know what it’s like if I were to arrive around noon? Do tickets sell out? I don’t want to buy a ticket in advance in case it’s raining.

Haunt has gotten better!! - Some observations from my visit on October 15th

I attended last night's Halloween Haunt, expecting to go in and see the same old, same old. To my surprise however, there are a few improvements throughout the park and mazes! Most of these seem to be props/animatronics from Distortions Unlimited that have been distributed around the park.

Park Decor Improvements:
- At the front gate, there's a new Jack Widow prop from Distortions Unlimited, to the side of the bigger Spider prop as well as a new Pumpkin Witch!
- The walkway from International Street into Grand World Exposition has been changed. They've removed the AI banners that represented past mazes/scarezones. In the place of the banners is a display of hanging Jack O Lanterns.
- On the walkway between Vortex and Timberwolf falls, there are new pumpkin animated props that hangout around the skeletons. They appear to be the "Pumpkin Patch Combo" from Distortions.
- There is a new Grumpy Grandpa animatronic on the walkway between Yukon Striker and Tundra Twister, right next to the Dip N Dots stand. He spits water at guests!
- Overall, I noticed a lot more fog, more consistently as well as some new characters throughout the scarezones.
- The lantern activation points have also multiplied, there's a bunch of new spots scattered throughout the park.

Maze Improvements:

- In 'The Crypt', there are a few Wolf Spider props that've been hung up. (They're awesome, the design really creeps me out)
- In 'Spirit Manor', a few of the monsters now have noise makers to enhance the scares.
- In 'Demons Of The Deep', animated props that didn't previously use water now have these effects activated! I got a minor spritz a few times. There were also some new spots with monsters!
- In 'The Ruins', there are new Medusa props in certain corners of the maze as well as new monsters.
- In all four of these, the groups were spaced out and "pulsed" more often to avoid conga lines.

I also noticed that there were some new merch offerings, namely a new CW branded Conjuring t-shirt/hoodie, a select few leftovers from last years merch designs at The Conjuring store. (IMO, so much better than this years. Wonderland, please make more merch with the logos of your Haunts on it!)

Really glad to see the improvements last night. Hope the event continues to gradually get better through the rest of the season!
