I have a legitimate medical issue and almost went into anaphylaxis my freshman year— I have a note for that instance and a general statement from my doctor + other stuff. I’m going to be a junior next year, but I heard the lottery is going to be bad this year and will tell my friends to not hold space in their lease if it’s hopeless.

I am majoring in physics and trying to find courses for the spring semester. I know how to solve common types of first and second order differential equations, but I am unsure why MATH1120 does not have ODE course as a prerequisite? Would it make sense for me to take MATH1120 in the spring with no official course taken and ODE in the fall potentially?

Hello there, I am a Brown alum who has lately been desperately craving an Andrews breakfast burrito. Despite my attempts, I have never been able to quite recreate the exact taste (maybe I'm just not hungover enough?) If any former Andrews workers feel like disclosing any knowledge they can give about the recipes or brands used to make them, I would be so, so, wildly grateful. Hi everyone! I received a verbal PhD offer from Brown, and I’m really excited! It’s not official until I hear from the department, but things are looking good. Brown is my top choice because it’s the best school for my field of research, so if the official offer comes through, I’ll definitely be coming for fall 2027!

I’d love to learn a bit more about the school and what it's like to live in Providence.

I’ve been battling Brown’s pharmacy for the past month. They didn’t transfer all of my prescriptions, and when I asked again, they were unable to do it and instead asked me to get my doctor to send it directly to them. Then while refilling they somehow lost it again and found it an hour later. They also got the dosage wrong on another medication.

This morning I tried to refill two medications and the phone line is telling me that I can’t do it right now and there’s a technical issue. What???

This is severely impacting my quality of life. Not having the correct dosage of my medications AND getting them inconsistently has started to affect my schoolwork.

Is this a typical issue??? I’m considering switching pharmacies but that’s a headache I don’t want to deal with

Okay, I have one class that is required S/NC, and I’m taking Econ. I got an 85 on the midterm for Econ and I am NOT concentrating on Econ. Is it fine if I take that S/NC?

I would then have two classes S/NC on my transcript, is that bad or is that fine? or should I try to climb back up in Econ?

Is it ok to skip one class on the Tuesday before TG break to catch the flight I pre-booked? Or should I rebook?

Recently looking for housing as someone moving here from a very safe college town.

So I'm thinking about a few options:

1. A house near Gano Street
2. University Heights
3. Found Study
