Bengal Love So wet!!!
Does anyone else have a bengal that has prodigious saliva production? She’s soooo wet! It doesn’t matter who she grooms, by the time she’s done they’re soaking! And she’s not my first Bengal like this! (Benign growth on her lip, had it checked by the vet, she’s 21 so, old lady growth).

Help Anyone got fun and effective ideas for play time with their Bengals?
My cat loves his toys but I can tell they’re getting a bit repetitive for him, and we do rotate toys, but from what I can see the options are relatively limited.
Weather it’s a ball or small bird toy or a feather stick I can’t see much else out there
What creative ways do you keep your guys entertained and off your back? I’ve got a vocal boy so if I don’t entertain him he won’t be quiet
I am buying a cat wheel soon too
Thanks! Cat tax attached

Bengal Love Bonding time
Chione was just spayed so she’s been confined to my room for the next weekish. Keeping her calm & safe has been a chore & it doesn’t help that she can hear her 2 bengal brothers playing in the rest of the house, but she sure is cute.

Help How important is brushing cats teeth
I have two bengal kittens (100% indoor)
How important is it to brush their teeth? I never did it, but I am definitely willing to start, and based on what I heard, I will also start!
I just didn’t know this could be such a big deal, so therefore I wanna ask you guys: do you do it, and do you have any great tips for it?
I’m thinking of buying one of those brushes you put in your finger, and then use a cat tooth paste with it.
Is that enough?

Discussion Does your Bengal still like a game from when they were a kitten?
This “Chase The Broom” is still a daily favourite.
Us humans have since found out the cost, in having to buy new brooms and not being able to sweep up mess without cat assistance.
They adore this game and come running as soon as they hear the floor being swept ☺️

Discussion Owner experience with cats with heart murmurs? Milo has mitral valve dysplasia.
Milo has a grade 2. Mitral valve dysplasia. He currently has health insurance but they’re kind of scummy and have taken away all services and have no method of contact other than email now. Other insurances won’t cover his murmur as it is an existing condition. Are there complications down the line for the little gremlin that might be incredibly expensive that mean I should stay with the crappy company just to be covered?
Idk if he got heart disease or some issue with his kidneys or blood clots if that would count as an existing issue since it might be related to the murmur.
What are other people’s experiences with low grade heart murmurs or mitral valve dysplasia.
Included is his little shaved armpits from his echo. He had extra gabapentin this time and was still horrendously wiggly that they had difficulty getting him done. I did not enjoy the experience of the little man on gabapentin. He was so different to his normal self. He doesn’t need any scans for the next 3-5 years unless his regular vet notices a change.
Apologies mods if this is not OK. I don’t want any medical advice. He’s going to the vet regularly. I just want to know what I might be able to expect from a heart murmur from other people who have experienced heart murmurs.
So I can make a decision on whether to change his health insurance company or not. Google hasn’t been particularly helpful.

Bengal with other pets Is a Siamese a good pairing?
We might have an opportunity to adopt a Siamese kitten… abandoned mom now in a foster situation. We have had our almost 2yo perfect angel gremlin bengal since she was about 4mo. While she totally matches my son’s energy (haha) we can’t help but feel like we’re maybe ready to have two cats… is a Siamese a good energy match?? Our girl is SUPER social, has no issues with other people and pets, has never shown even an ounce of aggression to anything other than bugs and the squirrel that hangs out in our backyard. She’s harness trained as well so we’d like to keep that up with any potential sibling…
So the question is: is Siamese a good breed mix with a bengal, generally? And would a male or female make a better pairing? Anything else to consider?

Bengal Love First time cat owner update!
My sweet, handsome boy Wyck is settling in so nicely! In fact, he now runs the house and we are his subjects. Some of you were worried about me having a Bengal as my first cat— but it has been WONDERFUL! He’s such a fun little guy!

Kitten Bengal kitten biting
I have a 3 months and a half old bengal girl kitten and want to know if anyone has any tips on how to teach her not to bite and eat everything she sees. Shes very curious with her mouth so she likes to bite everything as all kittens do when they’re teething so I’m careful with the kind of toys I give her. I give her a lot of toys that she can bite on her and help her with teething and okay with her a lot but she seems to love biting my hands and feet. When she playfully tries to bite my hand or feet, I’ll try distracting her with another toy and keeping my hands still or sometimes I’ll say no but with a low voice. She’s not food motivated but she likes to eats everything and even bit a little of my wall when I wasn’t looking. I do play with her a lot and my family will also play with her. Is this something that she’ll hopefully grow out of? I know bengals do use their mouths a lot but I need to know how to be able to control it a bit so it doesn’t become worse when she gets older. Please let me know if anyone has any tips.
