Hello everyone!

I’m a high school student conducting a research project for an academic poster about childhood agricultural exposure and long-term health outcomes in adults who grew up in the Central Valley.

Who can participate?

• Adults ages 18 and older
• People who spent a significant portion of their childhood living in California’s Central Valley

What does the survey cover?
Questions about childhood agricultural exposure, dietary and antibiotic history, gut health, and self-reported neurodevelopmental traits or diagnoses.

I’m considering developing a paid, individually mentored mini-project in which a student explores a question using publicly available brain data and creates a figure and short poster. I’m looking for honest feedback before designing it, rather than taking sign-ups here.

I recently completed an MSc in Neuroscience at University College London (top uni for neuro), where my project used computational methods to analyse human gene-expression data and map electrode trajectories in deep brain stimulation surgery research. Looking back at my high school days, I would have loved to see how the science taught in school could be applied to real research datasets.

What would be hardest to do on your own: finding a manageable question, using R or MATLAB, making a figure, interpreting the results, or explaining them? Would you realistically have time for something like this alongside high school work?

I’d especially value sceptical answers. Please reply in the comments.

my research question, which i tried to make several times, has potential to be interesting, as im talking about political affiliation and how it alters the way people interpret dystopian fiction (something i absolutely love and am incredibly passionate about). however, my first goal was to do something related to the career i want (medicine) but couldn’t figure out what i could do, i live in a university town and could easily find an expert advisor in our amazing school of medicine and find a topic im truly passionate about and aligns with what i would like to do, but im too locked in on this and dont want to start over again, how do i just like dial in and like my topic again?

I feel like I’m being glazed in the feedback and I’m not sure if it’s actually good please help
Also less than has been changed to subservient!!!
Please help 🙏

Hi everyone!

I'm a high school student from Japan, currently conducting a research project on the relationship between life satisfaction and attitudes toward war.

As part of my research, I'm collecting responses from people in different countries to explore how people's satisfaction with their daily lives might relate to their views on war and peace.

I've already conducted a similar survey among Japanese high school students, and now I'd like to hear perspectives from people around the world!

I'd really appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to complete my survey.

My goal is to compare responses across different countries and better understand how people's experiences and living environments may influence their attitudes toward war.

There are no right or wrong answers. I'm simply interested in your honest opinions.

Thank you so much for your time and support! Every response helps make my research more meaningful.

Greetings from Japan! 🇯🇵

Hello 😀. I doubt this will get much attraction, but if you have like 3 minutes i would greatly appreciate any responses.

This questionnaire is for my Welsh BACC and it is about the use of AI and its affects.

Responses don’t need to be of any quality at all just any response will do.

Thank you very much!
